Goodwill/ second hands condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty, and run down furnishings (I would imagine management company would have standards )

We had a wonderful time, the condo was very clean and the view was amazing! The elevators was a great surprise! They worked and there was not a delay.

Very nice condo. Could've been cleaner. A few things didn’t work but still had a great time. The only down fall with Aqua was at one time the whole place was down to 2 elevators and finding a cart to unload the car took a while.

Overall Great But Had Its Moments

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very clean and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, including new, quality-brand soaps, plenty of towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies. The location was great and easy to find.Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of issues that negatively impacted our stay. First, we were given incorrect information about the parking garage, and security had to assist us. This took over half an hour to resolve, which was especially frustrating on a very busy night.More concerning, the day before our confirmed checkout date, someone knocked on our door and then proceeded to use a code to open it. When we confronted them, they claimed to be cleaners, but they had no cleaning supplies with them. This unexpected incident made us very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the security of our belongings. We were nervous about leaving anything unattended in the condo afterward.While the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked, the parking confusion and unexpected entry significantly detracted from our experience. Better communication and coordination regarding access to the unit would go a long way toward ensuring guests feel safe and comfortable.

This condo was in a great location and just all together a wonderful experience! The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo was very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Emerald Coast DestinationsFirst and foremost, I want to make it clear that while we completely understand the challenges caused by the hurricane, the storm should not be used as an excuse for the condition of the property upon check-in. Once power and water were restored, the condo should have been properly cleaned and inspected before guests were allowed to arrive. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and overall upkeep of the condo. There were crumbs left throughout the property, dirty areas, scuffed walls, and visible signs of neglect. It was obvious that the level of cleaning and attention to detail was not what guests should expect from a vacation rental.We understand that unexpected weather events happen and are beyond anyone’s control. However, ensuring a rental property is clean, sanitary, and ready for paying guests is absolutely within the property management company’s control.Our family was looking forward to a relaxing beach vacation, and it was frustrating to walk into accommodations that did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Considering the cost of renting a condo, we expected much better from Emerald Coast Destinations.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would hesitate to book through this company.

Short Getaway

The property was perfect as always. When we go to PCB we always book at aqua. The room was super clean and had everything that you would need. We would definitely book this room again.

Great condo. Perfect for our family. Condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great central location. No long wait lines for elevator. Property was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue but maintenance was there early the next morning to fix it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the bright decor and spacious couch. We love this resort. This being the 3rd condo at this resort we have stayed in, I highly recommend! We stayed during a colder period of the year this time. The pool is said to be heated but it was still very chilly. Too cold to swim, but the hot tub was plenty warm!

Family vacation

We have stayed at several other condos in pcb and this has by far been our favorite stay! The beds were so comfy and was very clean at arrival. We were worried about being on the 18th floor but once we got there we absolutely loved it. The firework view from up there was amazing! We never had to wait on an elevator and we plan to definitely return!

The carpet needed vacuumed, the shower in master needed better cleaned but other than that it was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay.
