Questa bella casa classica della metà del secolo è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2011. Completa privacy e relax vi attendono quando soggiornate in questa oasi di vacanza a South Palm Springs, situata nell'incantevole e tranquillo quartiere noto come Deepwell. Se stai cercando la vita indoor-outdoor per eccellenza della California, l'hai trovata! Grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono sulla nuova piscina, spa, patio, pozzo del fuoco, campo da bocce e grill a gas - il tutto in un cortile privato recintato con vista sulle montagne. Ci sono sei sedie a sdraio a bordo piscina, ombreggiate da due grandi ombrelloni. In estate, un terzo ombrellone è montato sul gradino della piscina per l'ombra durante il nuoto o sorseggiando bevande fresche.

Le tre ampie camere da letto sono arredate con materassi pillow top king size Stearns e Foster e biancheria da letto di qualità alberghiera. Due camere da letto hanno porte scorrevoli che si aprono sul patio della piscina e dispongono di bagno privato. I cursori della terza camera da letto si aprono su un patio privato con vista sulle montagne. C'è un bagno completo adiacente a questa camera da letto - Un totale di 3 bagni completi.

Divertiti a cucinare nella favolosa cucina moderna con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il pavimento in cemento appena lucidato offre un comfort disinvolto e casual con un tocco contemporaneo alla sensibilità modernista. Amazing House for Relaxing Family Vacation

This house is the best. We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. High-end modern furniture, spacious layout, everyone gets their own bathroom, great outdoor areas, bikes and pool toys. It’s always well-cared for and so comfortable and convenient.

Perfection!

This place couldn't have been better for our group. All three beds are the same size, rooms are all comparable and each bedroom has a bathroom. Can't ask for a more equal home for a group of friends to share. The backyard was a dream with the pool and spa. The location was just as perfect. Would HIGHLY recommend this home!

Second time we’ve stayed here. Can’t say enough good things about the property! Brooke owner and Juan property manager and pool and yard mangers are so great to deal with. I really have a hard time saying this because it may block our time booking again!

What a fabulous house!

6 adults for a milestone birthday celebration week. Perfect house for our group. Drop-dead gorgeous views out front windows! Beautiful neighborhood and area to bike in, close to everything. Hiked in Joshua Tree & Mtns so we made great use of the spa at night. Thank you Brooke ( & Juan was terrific!) A++ property!! Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful week

We stayed for a full week, 6 of us. Great communication with Brooke and Juan. House is stunning and clean. Walking distance to supermarket and easy Uber rides anywhere else. Just loved it!

Wonderful Palm Springs Oasis!

We loved this staying at this property! Classic Palm Springs architecture with a beautiful, modern interior. The house is extremely spacious, has wonderful common kitchen/dining space with a gorgeous fire place, and a phenomenal heated pool and spa. We would 100% stay here again.

Gorgeous Mid-Mod with Great Backyard

This home is stunning! The design details are exceptional. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It is in a great location close to downtown and the grocery store is just down the street. Quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for tons of fun! I highly recommend!!!

Mid-Century Oasis

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Check-in was seamless thanks to both Brooke and Juan. The owner and the property manager were very professional and accommodating. The property is immaculate and well stocked. The beds were comfy and we loved the whole house stereo system. We are seasoned VRBO renters and this house ranks top of the list! We enjoyed our pool time and the view of the mountain. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks so much for an awesome experience!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

This property was so lovely and made the perfect quiet getaway for our Anniversary weekend. The pool was nice and warm, but still refreshing during the heat of the day. The umbrella in the pool made a huge difference. We also loved floating in the pool at night while watching the stars come out. The backyard felt very secluded with its nice fences and tall bushes to close it in. The kitchen was easy to use and well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We loved how roomy the whole place felt. You could easily stay with 2 other couples and not feel like you were crowded. We hope to be able to visit again soon.

Great stay in a beautiful house ...strongly recommended.

Even with terrible heat we were still able to enjoy the region during the month of July. Tips on things to do: 1- Mount San Jacinto -Elevation: 3,302 m Nice hikes as it's much cooler on the top of the mountain 2-Joshua Tree National Park- beautiful desert exploration hikes at the end of the day. 3- Elmer's Restaurant (very good breakfest)

Amazing house with great pool

This is a great place to stay in Palm Springs. A beautiful home with lots of space and light and where everything simply oozed quality (the photos don’t do it justice). Even though it was mid summer (and really hot) the amazing pool helped us keep cool and refreshed, especially sitting under the in-pool umbrella. Great communication with Brooke really helped as did the welcome tour from Juan. We’d recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Palm Springs Oasis

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was perfect, and the location was in a spot that worked for all we had planned. The owners seemed to know exactly what renters need. Our children are 9 and 11, but they felt comfortable in this house. If we are ever in the area again, we would rent this property again.

Loved our Stay

A Perfect Family Vacation

We loved Brooke's place, in every way. It exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful home, felt cozy and comfortable, yet plenty of room for the 5 of us. It has all the amenities we hoped for, plus much more. We enjoyed cooking and eating in, as her kitchen was well equipped and roomy. We had a lot of fun at the pool, and made good use of the floaties. The neighborhood is attractively maintained and friendly. Best of all, Brooke is responsive and accommodating, to ensure we had the best stay possible. We did, and hope to return yearly.

Fantastic villa in great location

We have stayed in many villas across Palm Springs and Palm Desert and this is my far the best so far. Brooke was incredibly helpful from my initial enquiry, and was very quick to respond to my questions. The communication from initial reservation to arrival was very clear. On arrival we were met by the property manager who gave a very thorough tour of the villa and showed us how to work everything which was super helpful. Thankfully throughout our stay we needed no additional help as everything was very easy. The villa it self was a great size, really well decorated and very clean. In addition there were really nice touches that made the stay simple. The kitchen was well stocked and also had the basic condiments when is also useful in a rental. The beds were really comfy. The pool was heated to a great temperature, and kept really clean which is not always easy with the wind. Overall we loved the villa and did not want to leave, we will definitely be back!
