***The basic reservation covers simple lodging only. As this is a short-term rental, only registered guests are permitted to enter the home.

Gatherings of any kind are considered extensive use and will incur a premium rate. Unauthorized events or additional visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.*

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND VERY NICE HOST

This was one of my favorite stays. The host was very nice and helpful. The home was so spacious and beautiful. The pool was HUGE and the outside space was SO BEAUTIFUL AND shaded.

The day before we arrived the owner, who apparently owns many properties in the region, messaged me to re-confirm the number of guest, the number of cars that would be in our reservation, our eta and provide occupancy docs and secure house rules compliance authorization. He also stated that the property was ready anytime, as it had been cleaned the day prior. I signed agreement, and agreed to the terms. However, my 73 year old great aunt who lives near by had planned to come see us, but the agreement stated that wouldn't be permissible risking ejection from the property by the local police department, which was not disclosed in any discourse before the agreement. Apparently, he was just wanting to avoid an out of control gathering of locals, parties, which we were not having. He understood that and allowed for the visit. However,
