The house is very unique and we had a very nice time with family there. There were eight in our party. Several of our guests were mobility challenged and the home has no mobility aids i.e. Safety rails in the bathroom hand railings on exterior stairs. Beds and bed linens and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was a big hit with everyone. The dining area is very spacious and could easily seat 10 people. There is a separate kitchen area that has room for six.Two of the bathrooms required going through other people‘s bedrooms.Overall, our rating is high although due to the fact, that half of the house was up a steep set of stairs the upstairs, was only used by one teenager in our group.

Pros: Pool is nice although poolside seating and tables were limited, nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping, lots of beds, shower water pressure good, large pantry to store dry goods.Cons: Not clean - spilled drink with hair in it under the giant living room table, diaper on the floor in the screened in porch, dirty towels by the pool, popsicle sticks and wrappers on the table by the pool, mold in the ceiling in the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub, live and dead cockroaches inside. Some of the "clean" towels had hair in them.We used the washer and dryer and found a deck nail in each one. We found other deck nails in the yard.Not enough dishes for how many people the listing claims to support and fridge was kind of small. If you’re eating out or DoorDashing, this won’t matter but my group cooked all weekend and we hardly fit our groceries in the fridge. There were six small bowls, about a dozen forks, a dozen spoons, and ovenware was minimal.Two people were cut by loose upholstery nails/staples in the chairs at the large main room table.No toilet paper holders or hand-towel racks in the bathrooms.VRBO title says 8 bedrooms but there are 7 with doors and then two lofts. There are room details at the bottom of the page that explain the bedrooms better. One of the bedrooms with a door doesn’t have a connected bathroom. You have to go outside to get back to the main house for a bathroom.

Wi-Fi was not available the entire extended weekend. This was very frustrating for everyone in attendance. Also the entire home was dated confusing and not fit for a serious family visit.The only use I can see for this house is a fraternity party where nobody cares where they sleep and nobody cares where they shower

The owners tried to bill me 3,000.00 after I had been at the property for two weeks. There was no internet service when I arrived. The owners had to call AT&T to try to arrange internet service. The AT&T rep told me that there had never been service to the property. I was responsible for overseeing the internet install. The electricity in the house is shot! Lights flicker on and off, if they turn on at all. The subfloor is rotted so there are places in the house where you are standing solely on vinyl floor. If there had been another option I would have moved from this house but the owners refused to give me a refund and kept my security deposit for no reason.
