Property was fabulous and would recommend it to everyone. Huge and spacious and is terrific for kids and grandkids. House has something for everyone of all ages.

LOVED ALL ABOUT THIS HOUSE! It was perfect for our family of 8 plus a toddler. We visit SSI often and have never stayed in this end of the island, but loved the house overlooking the marsh with beautiful sunsets. Everything we needed was in the house. The pool area is perfect. THE COMMON AREA SPACE AND KITCHEN IS PERFECT! Also we loved having a piano for our family that plays and sings. Highly recommend this home!

This was a wonderful beach house! It was the perfect size for our extended family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large living rooms, and a wraparound porch. Everybody said their beds were super comfortable too! The pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight of this house. They were both large enough for several of us to soak and relax, and having them heated made them the perfect temp!This house is honestly what made our trip to Saint Simons Island so relaxing and effortless. The kitchen was stocked with AMAZING cookware, which made cooking meals a breeze! The front porch overlooked the marsh where the sun set, so we got to see beautiful sunsets every evening. It had several board games we enjoyed, flashlights and binoculars for beach walks, plenty of beach towels, and lots of TVs for everyone to watch their favorite shows. Can't wait to come again!

Beautiful house with pool! Cleanliness was a 10/10! Lots of space for a group of 10. Kitchen had 2 sinks and refrigerators. There is an ice maker which is so convenient. Walk to beach was a little farther than we thought it would be especially with small kids. Renting a golf cart was helpful to get to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Highly recommend. We had a great stay at Stay Salty.

Happy place

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, watched beautiful sunsets over the marsh. The house was beautiful, very comfortable with great kitchen and upscale cooking supplies. Loved the pool and spa. Wonderful stay!!

Super Stay

Wonderful property with great family spaces on both levels. Great location across from the beauty of the marsh area. Every bed, chair and sofa was really comfortable! There was all you cd want on terms of kitchen tools and dishwater. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Everything about this property was perfect. So much space and privacy from one room to another. The pool was amazing. The marsh view was breathtaking! Our only sadness is we won't get another amazing deal like this time next summer when we try to book again!

Beautiful home!

Our group of 8 ladies - some of whom snore - loved this property! The large living area adjacent to long bartop plus 2 sinks & 2 refrigerators is an entertainers’ dream! 5 Bathrooms is an exceptional find. The management group replies to questions immediately - overall an excellent experience!

Nice property with lovely view from front porch. We didn't need all the bedrooms but functionally only 4 as others are bunk beds for kids only. It is a long walk through the dunes to East Beach from the home so not practical to carry beach gear. Lots of mosquitos as well from the marsh so need bug spray. Kitchen sink frequently backed up so needs plumbing to clear the pipe. Also with "on-demand" water heater need to coordinate showers to get steady hot water.

Clean, well equipped, large home for group of 9 college friends, recently retired. We stayed for five nights at the end of March.There were plenty of spices, coffee filters, paper goods, etc. from previous guests. There were a few MINOR suggestions/issues that did not effect our stay. Those have been communicated separately after our return.Things we did daily: enjoyed the heated pool/spa, went biking (easy rentals through Lilmar Vacations Beach Rentals!), walks on the beach, and sitting on the spacious porch facing the marsh - watch out for No See Ums :-P St Simon's and Jekyll Island (Driftwood Beach!) are lovely places to explore.Highly recommend this beautiful home and property.

Beautiful home, well equipped, with a long front porch that affords a wonderful view of a nearby marsh. Also there's lovely private pool and sauna behind the house, which was heated for us and we spent much time in these facilities. Check-in and check-out went smoothy. The property management company was very responsive to our questions and needs. For example, we weren't clear on how to heat the spa so I called the management company and they had an employee at the house in less than 2 minutes to adjust the controls. We would definitely stay there in the future if it's available.

Beautiful Home in a Lovely Location

The Stay Salty home was just the right size for our Family of 9 adults and could have managed more if we had any little ones with us. The kitchen was beautiful and we made most of our meals at the house so my Mother didn't have to go up and down the steps very much. We used the deck on the main floor a lot. The A/C was really great when the day heated up and we needed to have some relief inside. But mornings and evenings on the deck were awesome. We even got to witness one of the local terrapin mama's laying her eggs in the yard! We spent as much time as possible in the pool and at the beach, which was just about 21/2 blocks away. What a great location! And St. Simons is a lovely town. Many long walks in the neighborhood and on the beach, lots of swimming and evenings serenated by the baby grand (my pianist husband not included, however:)
