Great View

This cabin was perfect for our sibling vacation. We had easy assess to many outdoor activities and then perfect deck sitting. We found the space to be accommodating to our needs, although we are a tall family and the loft took some getting used to.

Tall people will love our fall remodeling of both bathrooms. There will be walk-in showers with decorative trimming and marble looking tile!

Great family cabin!

The view is truly magnificent. The moment you walk in the front door and look through the large glass windows onto the deck. The mountain is breathtaking. It's the perfect distance from town. The cabin is so accommodating everything you need is there. We will definitely go and stay there again. Thank you for sharing it with us. Kim

Comfortable cabin with stunning views

The cabin was pretty much as advertised: It was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The biggest positives by far were the views: Looking east from the back porch and north from the front porch - just couldn't get enough! The only real negative was the shower situation: The cabin has an "on demand" hot water heater, and we had a hard getting it sorted for showers. All in all, it was another fantastic stay in Lake City, and we shall return!

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Spent Monday on razors in the mountains and Wednesday we drove to Telluride. The other days we just lazed around the cabin and watched the grands play outside. They flew the kite that was in the basement and they loved learning to play checkers. Saw deer grazing around the cabin several times. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful!

Two couples rented this cabin. What a fabulous view! We relaxed on the patio until the wee hours enjoying the stars with a few adult beverages. So cute inside, very we'll equipped. Nice linens and towels. Close enough to town to run over when we needed to, but out enough to feel secluded. Been to Lake City many times and always a pleasure. Would highly recommend this place. A hot tub would have been icing on the cake, but then again, that would have made us that much more relaxed we might have drowned! Would definitely rent again.

We are pleased that you enjoyed the magnificent view from the deck and had a relaxing vacation. The deck is large as it has a grill and two picnic tables and is high for one to enjoy a panoramic scenic view both day and night.

Awesome adventure in LC!

We enjoyed our stay so much! My wife was able to work via internet during the day and we had our adventures in the afternoon and on the weekends. Great drives, fishing, hiking and more! We stayed 2 1/2 weeks and were able to meet/befriend a few locals as a bonus~ No issues, no worries, no regrets!

Magnificent Mountain View

Magnificent Mountain Veiw was a great place to stay with extended family. We had plenty of room/bed for everyone and great hangout area in the kitchen/dining/living room area. The outdoor areas were awesome to relax in.

Mountain getaway

Beautiful cabin with beautiful view. The colors in Lake City were just peaking as we ended our stay. We saw deer multiple times this week while sitting on the deck and even heard an elk or two. Had everything we needed and just a short jaunt to the store if we need something. Thank you for the hospitality.

Perfect for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at our stay in the Magnificent Mountain Cabin. The property was clean, had everything we could have needed (including a foldable crib for our baby), and hosted beautiful views of the mountains and wildlife. Lake City is always the perfect place to get away and this cabin has continued our love for this town.

Another great stay at this terrific mountain house

Large mountain house with nice amenities. Very clean. Nice location on north side of Lake City. Kitchen is well appointed with dish washer, microwave, etc. Easy check in / check out.

House was perfect for our family. Enjoyed making lots of fun memories at the house & in Lake City. Saw deer, geese, & chipmunks near house as well as in town. We got some great pictures of moose in the Upper Mill Pond on way to Deer Lakes.Very relaxing sitting on deck looking at the mountains & meadows. There’s so much to do in & around Lake City!!

We had a great time

Our family spent a week at the cabin and we had a wonderful time. The cabin is quite spacious, and the views are simply amazing. We had such a great time and we highly recommend this cabin. Very comfortable place to take the family! Greg B.
