The cabin is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies which was nice because we cooked every meal during our stay. The host is pleasant and responsive.

This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within Lake City. The house is updated and decorated beautifully with lots of extras. The owners are a great couple that are so kind and helpful. We will definitely return to this location again!

This home was the perfect home base for exploring Lake City and the San Juan Mountains. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor and house plants make it feel like a home away from home.

Great house. On a hill with a view. Decorated very nicely. Brought two trailers and two vehicles. Filled driveway, was slightly difficult due to driveway being on a hill. It worked and was worth while because we were able to drive our side by sides to the loop. Would stay again with our ATVs. The location is off the highway and down town. Must drive / ride to town. It is less than a mile, but though neighborhoods.

Host was very accommodating! even had a real Christmas tree decorated for us, interior & exterior light decorations, plus had a fire going in the stove for our late check-in! Home nicely equipped, decorated & appointed. Entire family (kids & grandkids) had a great time over Christmas holiday.

This home is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need, including a full suite of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. The grill worked perfectly, and the beautiful decor made the space feel warm and inviting—honestly, much better decorated than my own home!The layout is extremely spacious; having three bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group of four. The location is perfect—quiet, secluded, and very close to the ice park. To top it off, the host was thoughtful enough to have a fire going for us before we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I visited Lake City for several days of ice climbing, and this sweet house made the trip all the more special. Extremely comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to gather as well as have our own space to chill. The host is very attentive and responsive to questions, and even had a fire going for us when we arrived. Some rentals feel like stale properties thrown together to make money off of; this felt like visiting a friend's home, thoughtfully cared for and inviting. We could not have asked for more - highly recommend!

I'm sorry to hear the two of you found all four beds very uncomfortable. Two of the mattresses are brand new, and the other two were barely used when we got them. All the pillows, linens, and comforters were brand new when we opened the home. If you could please reach out and give me some more insight on what you felt was uncomfortable about them, I'd love to consider that for the future. This is such a beautiful home and the host really thought of everything when it comes to what you might need during your stay. The bed in the master is SO comfortable. Plush towels. The upstairs deck is perfect for sitting and watching the hummingbirds or just enjoying the mountain view! My only note for those coming with a trailer (we had our OHV): if your trailer won't fit, there is a convenient place to park and the host will provide that info. Our trailer did fit in the driveway, but it was a little uncomfortable when the neighbor stood on her porch and watched us unload and park. This is no fault of the host. They are very accommodating!
