Interaction was super. I called and James took care of us right a way. The home stated Newly renovated, however, it does need lots of TLC. It was showing work in progress. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

The host was great and very responsive. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Game room and movie theater were highlights.Backyard was a bit of mess with cigarette butts and dog poop but that may have the case since it was the off season in December.

Thank you for letting me know about the mess outdoor, my cleaning team made sure that the house is spotless clean including the backyard in every turnover, if you have informed me about this during your stay I'll be glad to send out my cleaners right away and have it done for you. The only reason we enjoyed our stay was because my family makes the most of even a bad situation. This house is a false advertisement. The maintenance of the home was extremely poor. The back yard was a mess. Trash throughout the entire area. Cigarette butts in the planters. Weeds with thorns so high you couldn’t sit by the pool. The pool was filthy when we got there that we cleaned it our selves. The inside had a few positives. The air conditioning worked well which was nice. The lower level was well remodeled and provided good sleep space. However the upstairs was much to be desired. For example, a light switch in one bedroom turned off a light in the other bedroom. But the most frustrating part was the water. In the middle of a shower, if anyone in the house used the water, the shower would become blazing hot. Seriously a small child would get burnt by the water. We had to strategize our showers so no one got burnt. The kitchen was full of broken utensils and the refrigerator was falling apart.We were so disappointed but made the most of it. I truly do not believe this house should be rented until the water situation is resolved.

HONEST REVIEW:SAFETY: Deck rail sagged/spindles popped out (NOT TO CODE) and falling apart; kids/dogs couldn’t use deck. Hot tub cloudy/no chlorine. Pool unserviced; leaves/sand/debris/algae unsafe. Rear lights failed incl. hot tub area. Water dripped from light switch. Shower became SCALDING if toilet flushed. Dryer had 2” water since hose sprays back into dryer vent.CLEANLINESS: Sandy/unvacuumed floors with pricker balls; We spent 2 hours cleaning. Prior dirty sheets on bed. Volleyball court uncleaned. Sink clogged. Broken beach gear pile collected water and bugs. We cleaned dressers/drawers/counters. Outdoor bar dirty/sandy; scattered chairs; missing remote. Rusted AC vent dusty.OTHER: Front door had to be slammed. One bunk room had no dresser/closet. 3 fan lights shared a frequency, triggering eachother. Outdoor TV failed, likely GFI. Siding falling above parked cars. Remotes lacked batteries; everything unplugged. Peeling backsplash; chipped/dirty downstairs faux-marble floor despite “newly remodeled.” Listing falsely showed ground-level queen; actually bunk room, limiting adults. Brown couch split between deck/ground; cushions missing.BOOKSMART: Sent batteries, broom, cans/cutting boards. Maintenance came; only sink fixed; rest needed electrician/owner approval. No follow-up.Paid 12k for unfinished house/unusable amenities. Disappointed by lack of care. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND until safety/cleanliness issues are fixed. Has potential due to location.
