Columbus Villa 107 is located on 6th Street and is directly on the boardwalk oceanfront. This 3 Bedroom plus den, 2 bath apartment sits directly on the boardwalk facing the ocean. Has a kitchen, large TV with cable in the living room, and new TV's in every bedroom, a kitchen, 4 A/C units, and a large oceanfront deck. There is one king, two queens, and a daybed in the den. Just walk out of your bedroom onto a large common balcony only shared by one other unit. Parking for 2 cars. Sleeps 7. New paint, mattresses and bedding for 2023 and new expanded kitchen for 2024. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. CONTROL # 0085986 New kitchen for 2024! This property rents for flex weeks which means any 3 days in a row. New kitchen photos coming next week.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prime Location, easy access to beach, shops and boardwalk

Decent spot for activities and view

A decent spot for heading out for activities and the view was nice. It’s a shared balcony so having people outside during the night talking and all got to be much. Then the layout in the apartment is cramped. Expect to drive 20 minutes to return keys also (45 minutes in traffic) so check out is really tight. If it was maybe $150 a night cheaper it would be worth it but with all the extra fees and things it shot up to make it tricky to enjoy a basic spot. The beds are not comfortable and lumpy and expect cold showers if the property is fully rented out. Good thing was the view and ease to the board walk.

The Columbus Villa

Great location! Ok clean. Upon check in a toilet was clogged, perhaps by the cleaning crew? It was so stuffed with paper towels and TP. Dishes in cabinets were dirty! Only real issue was the tiny ants all over the kitchen!! There is very low water pressure in both showers new shower heads might be the problem? Also the glass shower door is close to falling off! Outside trash was full upon arrival and no bag so we didn’t use that as it was full of bugs so kept it to the side and closed. I was hoping for this place to be excellent.. it wasn’t! What I can say is the location was perfect for us and the views were amazing with a great sunrise and a full moon! For the cost to stay I did expect a bit cleaner and more updated the bathrooms definitely need some updates. The kitchen was updated, again so many ants we didn’t use it much at all!! I wouldn’t stay here again unless cleaner and some updating!
