There is a private terrace. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only. Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at the reception. Property Details:
This 181-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. There is a private terrace. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are street facing and are furnished with king size beds. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full en-suite bathrooms with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. There is air conditioning.

About the Dubai Downtown Location:
Right at the heart of Downtown Dubai, in the The Opera District, the apartment offers direct access to the city's most iconic landmarks. Just a stroll away is the towering Burj Khalifa, a marvel of modern architecture, and the expansive Dubai Mall, a paradise for shoppers and entertainment seekers. This area includes Dubai Opera and is known for its international feel and cultural scene. It hosts top-level shows and is next to the famous Dubai Fountain, with eye-catching building designs.

It's one of the most respected areas in the city, close to apartment buildings, restaurants, cafes, palm trees, and hotels. It's a great place to walk around. Popular brands like The Pavilion and Bennigan’s are found here. There are also bike paths for enjoying the beautiful scenery. And for those who wish to venture further, the convenient metro access puts the rest of Dubai within easy reach Dubai Mall Metro Station, you can easily access Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai Marina, the Gold and Spice Souks, the historic district of Al Fahidi, and the impressive Dubai Frame. These connections also provide straightforward routes to Dubai International Airport, making travel to and from the city effortless.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of AED160 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for AED160. Both can be provide for AED240. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over AED4000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.
