Hilfe was very attentive to our experience from beginning to end. The house was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a large family or two. Would book again.

The property was great. I loved the view of the strip from where we stayed in the air conditioner worked really well. It was also very, very clean and had mostly everything we needed in there. The one thing I wished is that the utensils were in better shape because some of those are really old and falling apart, like the pots and pans and the silverware but other than that, we had a great time thank you for letting us stay

The floors were dirty. There was laundry in the washer unwashed and in the dryer. The backyard was useless. Furniture was broken. The sofa was filthy and shabby also, it appeared to have been ripped by an animal.

Ed was magnificent to work with! The home is exactly as he described it. Clean, well appointed, quiet, close to the Strip and shopping. I wish I had been able to stay for longer and I'll be certain to rent from Ed again on my next visit! Rent from Ed and you will be very glad you did!!

We had a really nice stay and the home was comfortable and welcoming. The location was convenient and everything was clean and well maintained. It worked well for our group and we enjoyed our time there.One small suggestion would be to have more towels accessible for larger parties staying in the home. we did have to make a quick run to Walmart to pick up some extras. It might be helpful for future guests with bigger groups to either bring additional towels ahead of time or have a few more available in the house.Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The home needs a little TLC. King bed lopsided, fancy “electric” garbage can does not work and had to manually lift the lid which is hard to do with a handful of garbage, maid left a dirty towel in master bathroom, dishwasher had a minimal leak, no smoking but found some cigarettes in the backyard, grill is outdated, no outside fire pit, no work out room as posted and limited kitchen items. We did enjoy having 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom for the 6 guests. TV area was roomy and nice to be able to walk out on the patio and sit in a chair for the morning sun. Beautiful view of the city at night from the patio.

Off street parking and great views of the strip while being off the strip, plus quiet neighbourhood and very clean property.
