This is a one story renovated modern house that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a single family house with a vast living room and a family room. It also includes an authentic traditional style fireplace, perfect for wintertime bookings. Both the front and backyard are large unrestricted areas and provides ample space for smoking. The property is also conveniently located near a shopping plaza that has restaurants and services that caters to your every need. This house is professionally cleaned and maintained to exceptional health standards to ensure our clients' safety and experience.

Perfect quiet location. House was specious and very clean. Everything worked and had a community pool close by. Host was very accommodating. Will definitely book this house for our next trip.

Clean, convenient and homey place in Las Vegas

The property is very clean and well stuffed. We found everything we need in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to grocery stores. The owners is very responsive with communications. Internet is fast. We will rent it again if we go to Las Vegas in the future.

Graduation

Family in town to celebrate my nephews high school graduation. Property was very clean and had a nice layout. Bags of ice was a nice touch and air conditioner worked well for that Vegas heat. Comfortable community feel, no security concerns. Almost everything was less than a 15 minute drive via Strip, food, shopping, etc. Simple house rules, check in and out was a breeze. My family enjoyed their stay.

Felt at home

This home was perfect for us. Very easy to get in and with a private master bedroom it fit us wonderfully. The dining room was perfect for dining and game playing.

Home was as-advertised

My wife, brother, niece and I stayed here for four nights. The home was clean and equipped with the basic essentials. There were two minor issues with kitchen appliances, and each time we contacted the host about them we received prompt help. Not sure I would call the place “modern.”

Quiet location

Plenty of room, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We were only here to sleep and shower, but it's a very roomy and clean place.

All the parks were minutes from the home was very clean directions were clear. Strip close host was very professional. I would stay again if needed.

A comfortable stay

The house was really comfortable and cleanWe took Uber to the main strip & to Fremont, range between 15-25 dollars. Grocery story within a 5 mile radius. The neighborhood may seem a little on the rough side but very quiet and safe.

Guys Golf and Gambling Trip

Great location near western LV golf courses (TPC, Angel Park, etc..), clean house, comfortable beds and 15 minutes from downtown and the strip. Third time staying at this property and will probably return in the future!

Did not disappoint

Located directly in front of a school, the street was surprisingly quiet. Home was very beautiful and actually felt like home. Location was 2 -3 minutes from all the food or shopping you could need or want. Gas around the block was 2.99 a gallon. I'm from Los Angeles area and we are 5.15 per gallon, so whoa. Our stay was 5 days this time. Next time it'll be 14 days. Thank You - Thank You - Thank You

Jessica was wonderful to work with.The house was perfect for our group and the location was convenient for all the places we needed to get too. Clean and good amenities. We will stay here again in the future.

Good getaway

This house is just close enough to get into the strip and old town easily. Then it’s nice and quiet when you get home. House is great! Very comfortable. Grill works great. No complaints. Host is very responsive.

Such a great home

Stayed here with with our 3 adult children and their spouses while coming for the Vegas and Roll Marathon. The house was perfect for 4 couples and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Generous with towels, cooking supplies, and just everything. Home layout was great - dining area was privateAnd perfect for meals and those needing a quiet place to work. Thanks for hosting us..we would definitely come back again.
