Thanks for reviewing our property. We will use your constructive criticism to improve upon our future rentals. The electrician that remodeled the place was unavailable the day the glitch was reported so we picked up some temporary battery lights for the bathroom for the day you checked in and the problem was resolved the next day. He was a state licensed electrician, so we figured the problem would be fixed on the first call but apparently he misdiagnosed the problem on the first service call. We apologize for that. That was the best we could do under the circumstances. The cleaning service we used received excellent reviews from all of the guests that reviewed her. She was definitely in there as she reported the electrical glitch. It appears the maintainance tech that installed the temporary lights may have tracked in some dirt. We apologize for this inconvenience. We did add a brand new washer/ dryer unit while you were there. We apologize if the installers were noisy but they did do it during normal business hours. As far as the guests in the other apartment banging ice at 6 am, we apologize. They had checked out the day you reported it. The listing states house rules and amenity list that linen and towel service are available but not included in the base rate. We added it to the house description page to make sure it is well understood. We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We will use your feedback to better our future renters.
