Located about one mile outside of Dolores, CO this farmhouse on 120 acres provides a peaceful stay. With 4 small bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed, this property offers space to unwind along with beautiful views. One bathroom is equipped with a full sized shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day, and there is a convenient half bath upstairs. In addition, living room bay windows and a back deck showcase the setting. A full size kitchen offers all the essentials to have a meal in the dinette area or a summer picnic outside. Whether you plan to experience the numerous attractions of the 4-Corners including Mesa Verde and the Durango Silverton train or partake in the many activities such as skiing, river rafting, mountain biking, or hunting or you would simply like to get off the grid, this vacation rental is a great place to call home base while you're away. Please Note
Our property is a small farmhouse. It has fans, but no mini split or air conditioning. For the summer, we recommend sleeping in downstairs where it stays cooler with the breeze blowing throughout the first floor. There are two bedrooms with two queen beds downstairs. There are two bedrooms and two queen beds upstairs, but it may be too warm to sleep. The nights are cooler, but it only remains comfortable on the second floor from about 9pm to 6am.

We also want to disclose that the yard is not landscaped. We have plans, but most likely it will not transpire until later this year.

Our home is on the 120 acres as well, but is a good distance away and out of sight.
