Definitely served it's purpose. Nice that I was able to walk to a variety of places. Pool area was great as well as security on the property.

We came to Honolulu to move our son into his college dorm and this property was perfect for my husband and myself. We had to rent a midsize SUV so the free parking was a nice bonus! The condo was clean, charming and well stocked with all we needed as far as linens and kitchenware. It is small but perfect for our needs. Chad was very helpful and responded to all my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again next year!

This property has a great location and once you finally figure out the elevator system the room is easy to get to. The room has everything you will need for a stay. It was very nice to have snorkels and a cooler in the room. The bed could use new pillows though.

This was a great stay- easy to walk to many restaurants. The check in process was a little annoying with having to find street parking first go up to the room for the garage key and go back down. Besides that it was totally worth it for the free parking a spacious room.

The rental was comfortable and met our needs. We have no regrets or complaints.The studio apartment was small but adequate and well maintained. Everything was as described with two exceptions. The contents of the lockbox were not as described in the check-in instructions, but a message to Chad clarified the situation. One of the expected items was no longer used. The other was that I tried to contact Chad by phone, and the number in the emailed materials and the binder of instructions was incorrect. Fortunately we could communicate with him through VRBO messaging, and he responded promptly.The location in a business zone and a high rise building was a little unexpected, but we were able to find it fairly easily with the instructions provided. Google Nav was not always helpful when using the street address. It tried to send us to the exit-only ramp for the parking garage. The proper ramp is next to a 7-11 store, and using nav to get to the 7-11 worked.Reaching the parking space on the ninth floor of the garage required some patience, but having free parking in that part of Honolulu is a near miracle.There was a pool according to the instructions, but we didn't use it.

Great location with parking

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything in the listing was accurate and we especially enjoyed having a designated parking spot which made coming and going easy. There were boogie boards and some snorkelling gear provided, although we had our own so didn’t use it, but thought it was a nice touch. Overall a great stay.

Great directions. Seamless entry and exit. Room was just as deacribed. Nice accomodations with extras like soaps. Also had disney set up. Host is a great communicator and offered to check on things.

Door instructions not very clear, room smelled like cigarette smoke, blood on the sheets. It says “no view” but the add doesn’t say that the windows look into a hallway. We only stayed the first night and then found a new place for the remainder of our trip.

This is not true comments. Guest does not tell me he is coming at 100am in the morning. He tells me he can't open door. He does not even call me I just so happened to notice his text at 100 am. He just did not turn the key and push door. At this time, he told me he found another place before going inside. He sleeps there in the room but does not go in till 300am. After sleeping there in the morning, he says there is blood on the sheets. However, we checked it was a small speck of chocolate mostly likely from him sleeping overnight. He tried to play games with the system to get a refund.
