Kitchen was well equipped. Downstairs bedroom was amazing. Very close to Mary’s lake, fun fishing for kids.

The cozy place has beautiful vistas from the living room and a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom on the entry way is a bit small and the master bedroom is very large and spacious. The master bedroom’s mattress is good but not the most comfortable. Overall the stay was wonderful

I chose to stay near the park so we could view the scenery and wildlife. The scenery from Comanche Peak 39 was excellent and the first night we had 79 elk visible from our second floor deck. The park was also fabulous and I can’t say enough about the kind people of Estes Park.

We loved our stay! The property was as described and tastefully decorated. There were beautiful views of the mountains especially at sunset. We saw herds of elk from the deck every evening. Location was within 10 minutes of RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Would stay here again.

Such a great place to stay! Close to Estes park but not right in town so away from the hustle and bustle. Great spot to stay the week of our wedding!
