All of SkyRun Properties in Estes Park are great and the ones at Mary's Lake are super nice. Quiet - yet close to the town of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park as well.

Thank you for your review. A couple of flies had gotten into the skylights, they have been removed. I tested all of the doors multiple times, they all opened and closed with no problem. The bottom drawer in the stove was not broken, it had gotten off track. It is now on track again. The kitchen table is being replaced. The fridge was not level causing the door to swing open, that has been corrected. The bathroom soap holder was tightened. We will look into what to do about the wood trim around the kitchen sink, it has gotten wet too many times. This is a great place to stay with plenty of room and privacy for two couples or a small family. A beautiful view from the deck, close to town and RMNP, quiet and relaxing.

Thank you for your review. I have clarified the listing to state one window AC unit is in the entry/family room and one is in the living room/kitchen. The listing states that the community pool and hot tub are managed by the HOA. They allow our guests to use it but we have no control over their condition. The door code was sent at 3:45pm to the phone number you provided at time of booking. Occasionally, here in the mountains, a text is delayed going through. We are always here to help guests during the check in process or any other time during their stay.

Hi Amber, thank you for your review. We are so sorry that you were uncomfortable during your stay with us. Had we known, we would have done what we could to help you. With the normally mild temperatures that we have through the first part of June, we normally install the window air conditioners at that time. We are sending our maintenance team out to look at the wobbly table. Normally the HOA there at Mary's Lake keeps the swimming pool very clean, as they have pool filters that run continuously, as well as vacuums that clean the pool at night. SkyRun only manages the private hot tubs that are owned by our condo owners. Again, we wish we had known sooner about all of the things you had mentioned in your review, so that we could have fixed these issues. We would have loved the opportunity to make things right while you were still here with us.
