The apartment was amazingly clean with every household, kitchen and beach item you can think of and things you forgot ! Even has a cart to carry your belongings to and from the parking lot. Easy check in/out. It is perfectly located near shops and the beach. Pictures are true and show excellent condition of the space.

Everything was great! One of the best stocked rentals that we have stayed at. Portable bedroom AC was a little noisy but it did help mask the morning roosters ( which are found everywhere on this beautiful island ). Athletic club access was a nice perk , grounds were well kept, handy to marketplace for dinning out and light groceries. Easy access to several beaches off of Poipu road . We would definitely stay here again .

Great Location and Place

The property was really good! It was a short drive to a multitude of beaches and plenty of spits for food, drinks, coffee, breakfast etc. Having access to the Athletic Club was also really nice to have.

We've stayed in Waikoloa streams condos 3 or 4 times already, this is the first time in this unit, and won't be the last! the biggest plus is that there are 2 ac units. I grew up on kauai and i know it can be hot sticky but tradewinds really help.. unfortunately lots of units of condos don't get the benefit of the tradewinds. last 2 stays at different units were miserable due to the lack of air flow, even with their cheesey walmart fans. This unit was a blessing! the ac's kept it cool, the ceiling fans kept the airflow going and the floor fan made directing the flow a breeze. the ameneties are good and you get lots of beach stuff to use and there was some food/condements and supplies left to use, which saves money on shopping. same with sunscreens and bug sprays. check in to unit prior to shopping, you may save some money. Great hosts, great unit. highly recommend, just dont take my next years' dates! :)

Perfect stay

The space was clean and much larger than expected. Very spacious kitchen and living space. Balcony was the perfect place for reading and listening to the birds in the morning. Easy walk to mall area and to Poipu beach. Always parking available. Would stay again next time we’re visiting south shore!

Perfect Stay

The property is situated in a beautiful jungle-like setting just steps away from great snorkeling. The location was absolutely perfect for food, shopping, and activities. The unit was updated nicely with all amenities of home. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Will be back again!

Amazing location and very well equipped!

We will be back! It’s always a good sign when you are 1 day into your stay and know you will rent this location again without hesitation. The location was extremely convenient to great shops and restaurants. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the Athletic Club access was unexpected and used frequently.Lovely and updated amenities and a quiet location.

Hard to say since pipe work was being done on entire property. No a fan of pool hours, but pool area was suburb. Missing a hot tub though. But those things would not prevent me from lodging at the units in the future. We like the smallness of facility. We like the
