This comfy 2BR unit is just one block to sun, sand and surf. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room with a futon. The living area has a comfy sofa, and a dining room table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are made with freshly laundered linens. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All you need to do is show up and drop your bags! The front of the property also features an outdoor table and chairs, and a BBQ.

**Kitchen/Living Space:**
Upon entering the apartment, you’re greeted by a spacious open area combining the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable living room area, featuring a plush sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV for your entertainment. A dining table with seating for four is conveniently located nearby for meals or game nights.

Just outside the kitchen, you’ll find an additional living room space with a versatile sofa that converts into a futon. This extra area provides more room for relaxation or can serve as additional sleeping space if needed.

**Bedrooms/Bathroom:**
Down the hallway from the main living area, you'll find the full bathroom, which is well-appointed with a vanity, bathtub, and all necessary amenities. Further down the hallway is the first bedroom, furnished with a cozy queen bed and fresh linens. Continuing down the second hallway, you’ll reach the second bedroom, which also features a queen bed with freshly laundered linens, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

**Outdoor Space:**
At the front of the property, there’s a small outdoor area perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze. It features a table and chairs, as well as a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. This space offers a pleasant spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

**What to Bring:**
Just bring your bags! The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including beach chairs, beach tags, towels, linens, coffee, creamer, sugar, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, and more.

Location:
This property is located in quiet North Beach Ventnor. The beach and boardwalk is only one block from the unit! Many restaurants and shops are nearby too, some of which are in walking distance. The Atlantic city casinos are only a 8 minute drive and Ubers are readily available and are a great way to access Atlantic City. Also nearby is Margate where you can go visit the famous Lucy the Elephant!

Notes:
Like many of the properties in this part of Ventnor, this home is considered a "duplex". There is another unit above this garden style apartment. The entrance to this apartment is in a completely separate area to the main house and none of the apartments amenities or outdoor space are shared The one exception to this is the BBQ. You will likely not see or interact with the guests staying in the upstairs unit.

This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.

The charge listed as “damage waiver” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
