First and foremost, the master bed was comfortable. It had a nice pillow top feel. The other single beds and the sofa bed were more firm, but this was fine for my kids. The property was conducive for 3 kids and 2 adults. We enjoyed the view from the patio, and the geckos that visited often. We appreciated the stocked kitchen, especially when preparing for the hurricane. Parking was easy. The AC worked well. Easy communication with the host.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! We appreciated all of the included supplies, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. The A/C units all work great and made for a very comfortable stay. There was planned maintenance at Sea Village that had the potential to conflict with our dates--Jon was proactive in giving us a heads up and provided updates regularly to ensure we were comfortable moving forward. Luckily, all of the work wrapped up before our stay and we had no issues with access for the entryway or the lanai. Highly recommend this condo and wouldn't hesitate to rebook in the future.

Great location and place!

Loved all the food recommendations in the binder, they were spot on, location was great and enjoyed walking into town. Place was super clean, we loved spending time on the lani and enjoyed the beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, air conditioned, and it is in a very central location. The covered deck had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch surfers, see dolphins and watch the waves. The owners were very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, great location, and the perfect size for our family of 4. Jon was super-helpful any time we had a question, and check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Great place to stay

The location and amenities of this property can’t be beat! The condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and mountain and the owners were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

Great Location

What a beautiful property and central location to Kona and the Big Island. The owners completely set up their unit with everything to make your stay relaxing and accommodating, everything was well organized, clean and available for your use, a real gem and gorgeous view of the bay.
