The house is absolutely stunning, the views are incredible. It is so close to everything on the island. The kitchen was absolutely amazing, 3 refrigerators! It was a spectacular family trip! Don’t hesitate in booking this property it is wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Paradise Beach Homes went out of there way to make sure our stay went great. 815 Rio Vista is a beautiful home. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen Lots of seating area so everyone was comfortable. The pool area was perfect. If you wanted to get out of the sun all you had to do was move your chair to the covered area. Only draw back was no bathroom for the pool area. Would definitely recommend this home.

Family Vaca

Having 6 rooms with attached bathroom made us choose the house. Worked out great. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Beautiful and spacious vacation on Pensacola Sound

This home is truly spectacular - so spacious, so beautiful, and amazing house-wide full windows. Very technologically advanced sound system, TVs, all brand new appliances, all of which are designed to acccommodate large groups (3 fridges and 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers etc), ice maker. Beautifully decorated as well as comfortable! Pool is lovely right on the sound with a gate to a "baby beach" sand area on the sound. House equipped with anything you could want/need including beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, beach towels, sand toys, floaties, etc. Lovely bath and body products also provided as well as basics such as laundry detergent, sponges, dish detergent, etc. Only thing missing was basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper, spices, etc. and no kleenexes - otherwise the home can accommodate any kind of event or activity - truly an amazing place for a beach vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this house! It's huge and has plenty of space for dinner gatherings. The kitchen had everything we needed for making huge meals for all of our guests. The kitchen panty was spacious enough for all of our groceries and the laundry rm with 2 washers & dryers was perfect for all the kids and towels. The bedrooms were great with closets and hangers in each. We found a blow up mattress for the upstairs living rm area, but did need some sheets and blankets for it. I would suggest a few more throw blankets for the common areas. Overall, a wonderful stay! The beach area was perfect for launching the paddle boards and kayaks. The house really did have EVERYTHING we could think of needing. Beautiful views and the pool area was perfect too. The trek to the beach on the gulf side of the island was longer than we usually like, but only a 3 minute drive. Certainly one of the best rentals we have ever used in 30 years! So many wonderful things about this house!

This is a stunning home. It was perfect for our family gathering. I’ve stayed at many short-term rentals and have never had to pick up and return keys to a different location. It was a simple process and the office was close but still just one more step. The staff was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out times of 5pm and 10am are sucky considering what you pay per night and typical check-in/check-out times. The primary suite is very nice. The bed is not particularly comfortable or sound. You move a toenail and the entire bed squeaks. The curtains are not blackout curtains so plan on getting little sleep. Overall a very lovely home.
