This house had everything we had hoped for and more. It was extremely clean and everything we needed was there. Sean did a great job communicating and checking in on us. A great time was had by all.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is absolutely perfect - we loved having quick, easy access to the beach, and having both a pool and a nearby park kept the kiddos and us parents happy. There are also great restaurants just a short distance away. The host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and can’t wait to stay here again! :)

The townhouse was perfect for our family. Great balcony views of the beach, easy access, and a great playground for our toddler. Only 5 minutes from pier and shops. Host had excellent communication with us to make sure we had a great stay.

Great Property

One of the best beach houses we've ever stayed at and thats alot over the years. Great location, layout and appenities. Dont hesitate on booking this one, you will not be disappointed.

Second stay. Great spot for a young family. Beach, pool and playground all a few steps away. Also appreciated the hot water at the outdoor shower.

Perfect family beach week

The location being so close to the playground, the pool and the beach made this perfect for our family’s beach week this year. Owner was a great resource and very responsive to any needs.

Great family trip

You can’t beat the location, esp with little kids who don’t like walking for too long 😂 beach was literally steps away, and this property had everything you needed, for play, for cooking, for comfort. The only tiny complaint we had were the pillows (they were all super flat, lumpy) but otherwise Everything was perfect!

Awesome Surf City Stay!

This was our family’s 2nd stay at this property - it is clean, has a ton of space for everyone to spread out, and the location is fantastic - literally right across the street from the beach access. Communicating with Sean is very easy - he’s a great host!

Beautiful vacation home with stunning views!!

This is the 2nd time renting this property and hopefully not the last . It’s perfect for extended families,especially with children. The location and size is ideal ! Best hosts we have ever experienced.

Great location, easy access to beach compared to other locations. Porches were so nice. House was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. We had perfect weather! Sean is very personable. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Rental

We had an amazing stay! The unit is just steps from the beach with an amazing view. Sean was great at communicating, even messaging us about events that were happening while we stayed. Don't pass this place up!

Best spot ever

A group of 8 of us stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday, and it was the best vacation we’ve ever had! The property was absolutely perfect in every way from location on the island to the amenities available! Sean, the owner, went out of his way to make our stay magical! We loved it so much that we booked the place again for next year already!
