This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is in the perfect location to see wandering moose and other wildlife throughout the Aspens. With expansive windows and plenty of natural sunlight, this is the perfect oasis to relax and unwind after a day spent outdoors. Located in the coveted Yarrow building, and equipped with a keyless entry system for ease of access, this front-line Aspens property is within walking distance to restaurants, a health club and market. This two-level second-story floor property offers over 1200 square feet of space and includes a fully stocked kitchen which opens to the spacious living/dining area. The fireplace adds both warmth and style to this living space.v*The kitchen and flooring will be completely remodeled and upgraded by August 2024 and will not match current images*.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and large picture windows offering views of the wildlife. Just a brief stroll down the hallway, you'll find a conveniently positioned bathroom. Ascending two half flights of stairs leads you to two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The first of these bedrooms is furnished with two twin beds, while at the end of the hallway, you'll discover a queen-sized bedroom perfect for any additional guests.

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
