House was perfect! Plenty of room for our family, fully equipped kitchen and a short walk to the beach! Stacy was so kind and communicated with us promptly during our 2 weeks stay.

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. One of the nicest properties and hosts we have ever had on 30A. The home was so convenient to get to our favorite activities and restaurants. We would stay here again on a heartbeat.

Beautiful house that is conveniently located along 30A with several public beach access points that are a quick ride with a golf cart. Great communication from the host, start to finish. Kids loved the pool that was just two doors down!

Perfect vacation for our family of 6. Teens had their own space and there was ample space for family time. Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again for sure!

Property was beautiful, very well maintained. The hosts were very responsive as well. Overall just a wonderful stay. Home is in a great location as it’s walking distance to beach, restaurants. I would recommend getting a golf cart there are many restaurants that are a bit too far to walk to, but cart was perfect.

Loggerhead Lookout

Wow! What an incredible place for a family beach trip! The location was perfect, close to the beach and food trucks in Grayton. The house was spacious and had everything a family could need for an amazing beach stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great vacation rental

This place exceeded our expectations! It has everything you could possibly need and then some! Loved the master bedroom and bathroom! It was great to have all the beach gear provided. The neighborhood and beach were so nice. Owners were great to work with!

Perfect!

Really great place to stay! Short walk to beach was super nice. The house was really clean! AC was great keeping all levels cool as needed. Showers were always hot! Having access to the sparkling clean pool was also great!

The perfect house 🏠 for the perfect trip

This house is absolutely beautiful!! It’s in a very quiet cul -de-sac off the main road. When we walked in we felt like we were in heaven. It was super clean- had plenty of beds and everything was organized and welcoming! The first evening we had problems with the bottom air unit, BUT the hostess was absolutely fabulous! She was quick to respond, sent a tech to come and fix it and was very accommodating. I will say IF you have older people in your family or trip, there are a lot of stairs to climb. We didn’t have this issue, but I do think it’s something important to note if considering this property. We sat out on the back deck- it was super nice and had cushions you could use. We did not use them, however they are there. I also loved how they did provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas if you needed them. We had our own but still nice to know in advance. We loved the bikes! They were so accommodating and easy to maneuver to the beach. Our house was about a 5 min bike trip. I was anxious about not being on the beach- however this was not an issue. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The driveway will fit 3 full sized cars which pull you right up to the house. The neighbors were very very nice people around us and very quiet! The hostess also gave us wonderful recommendations to eat, rent golf carts, activities etc. You definitely will enjoy staying here. Rent a golf cart and relax- it’s a cute and friendly town!

Loved our stay! Amazing house and host! Clean, beautiful house on quiet street. Pool is 2 doors away. Great location just off 30A, close to shops and restaurants. Beach is close by. We enjoyed biking up there. House had everything we needed including beach chairs, cooler, wagon and umbrella. Host was very helpful in answering questions! Would definitely love to come back!
