Condo was not clean. Air conditioner did not work and was extremely hot most of our stay. One bedroom smelled of mold really really bad and could see mold on the walls. Condo needs updated furniture. Beds very uncomfortable. As far as the resort itself one pool was closed our entire stay. Parking garage elevator kept breaking down. Had trouble entering parking garage after paying 41.00 to park. Tower 2 only had one working elevator and apparently other elevator has been down since April. Do not recommend this condo and will not ever book again.

Great view of the gulf, great stay overall. The hot tub was over crowded by little kids. We needed to buy toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and dryer sheets. It would be nice if that was stocked a little better. We had a really great time, and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

This is my second time staying at an EDCI managed condo at the Majestic Towers. Location was great and accommodations were perfect for our family. My parents, 2 young kids, new born, and 21 year old nephew all had a good time and were comfortable in the large unit.

PCB family vacation July 2025

This place was amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 9. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pools were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Management was great at responding quickly to any questions that I had. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and views

Property was as listed. Great location and views from the balcony were awesome. The dolphins greeted us each morning. Host was quick to respond to everything.

Overall we were satisfied with the property. It would be nice if the main bedroom had a dresser or something to put your suitcase on and some hangers in the closet. It was our first family vacation in 13 yrs. We had a great time! We celebrated an engagement and a 5 yr cancer free. We would book this property again!

Our unit could’ve been cleaner and the furniture was dated and not in the best shape. Majestic Towers are in a good location and there was plenty to do. It was quite enjoyable waking up with a beach view while drinking my coffee.

The room was exactly as pictured and clean. We had a grrat stay and the view was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that there was some confusion regarding the parking registration as we did not receive the email beforehand to get that done prior to our arrival.

It was nice there lots stuff to do around there and in the condo .the property people answered text fast some one wrote stuff on walls we reported it and they came right out and got it off the wall .

The biggest concern is the humidity inside the unit. It was extremely humid when we arrived, and after about 18 hours it has barely improved. The floors feel damp, and the air is humid enough that surfaces feel damp to the touch. It made sleeping uncomfortable. The thermostat has been set to 70 the entire time, but the condo has not cooled below 72. We understand that this is Florida, and the weather is hot and humid, but this is not what we have experienced on previous stays in Panama City Beach.We also noticed what appears to be mold in several areas, including on multiple AC vents, on one of the shower curtains, and inside the refrigerator's ice dispenser - we are uncomfortable using the ice dispenser due of the mold. The kitchen is also missing some basic cookware. There are not enough skillets for cooking meals for a family, the largest skillet is badly burnt and warped, and there are not enough cooking utensils - we have located one spatula, and two large spoons. Lastly, the drawers are not clean.

The wrist bands wasn’t in room and security sent us upstairs until we got them which wasted over 1/2 our day but was brought Sunday afternoon. Toilets wanted try to stop up some but not every time. Other than that was good plenty extra blankets, pillows and the beach wagon was very helpful. Did like the fact was plenty of security but not that they accused our 16 year old of drinking and kept watching her which scared her back to the room with us. I understand they need to watch but when there isn’t even a cup or drink they don’t need to be accused and then as much as peeking through a glass at a teenager. They went as far as telling her we got cameras and she told them they could go look and see she not drinking nor does she drink. As I said glad keeping eye but don’t need to make accusations without seeing it. Other than that our stay was great and enjoyed our stay.
