Tommaso is an absolutely wonderful host. Kind, thoughtful, detail oriented. He hosts you like he’s hosting at his own home. The property is excellently maintained, updated bathrooms, pristine swimming pool. We opted for the visiting chef one evening as well which was very special. This place and this host is one of a kind, only good things to say.

Great overall property and views. The house is classic Tuscan and the facilities are great. While the house is in a small area next to other houses, we were able to enjoy the pool and tennis court uninterrupted.

The villa and property was spectacular and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by our host upon arrival and given a comprehensive introduction of the property and necessary information. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. All of the bathrooms had new fixtures , hand painted walls and it felt like a personal spa on each floor. The pool was immaculately maintained by our host. Every need was anticipated-from pool floats to a pool house with a fridge and separate bathroom / shower. The flowering plants and trees around the villa were absolutely beautiful and fragrant. We felt pampered as if we were at a five star resort. Our hosts olive oil was delicious and we would highly recommend hiring the personal chef ( Donato) to cook a meal or two. The meals we had were exceptional. Our host was friendly , responsive , attentive and respectful of our time and privacy. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Maria and hope to return with my family in the future.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay at this magnificent villa. The house, the pool, the tennis court were all sensational. Clean, beautifully maintained, private and good location. Host/owner was very accommodating too. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time. We had 13 people and had plenty of space. The pool was wonderful. Great home for kids. Would definitely recommend it!

Amazing days in Tuscany

We stayed in Villa Maria for couple days on Jul-2024 and were amazing days. The villa is as beautiful as we can see on the images, well located and very cozy. Tomasso is a great host and was always available for helping us with anything we needed. He also provided good tips for restaurantes and places around the villa. Amazing place. Will defintelly visit again.

Beautiful villa

A group of ten visited the villa for a week and it was fabulous. Chef Donato treated us to wonderful dinners and we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the estate. Our host, Tomosso was so helpful and friendly. We would certainly return.

Absolutely amazing stay

We stayed at the Villa with 4 kids ages 3 to 7 and 6 adults. It was spacious, breathtaking views and in great condition when we got there. We had Donato for one night and had an incredible meal. Marco and his son helped with anything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Return Visit Even Better

Our second visit to Villa Maria with extended family was every bit as magical as the first. We enjoyed evening dinners on the veranda, lounging by the pool and visiting the Tuscan hill towns. Our dinner prepared by chef Donato was exceptional…a highlight of the visit! Our host, Tommaso, was very helpful and available as needed.

Location the BEST!

Walk 5 minutes to a village with grocery store or simply sit by the pool to enjoy the view. This villa has it all! Our family of 10 (adults and kids) spent 2 weeks at Villa Maria and would recommend it for its amenities and location. The host, Tomasso, and chef, Donato, were the ultimate guides and helpers. Take the train into Florence to avoid parking a car. Experience Borroncino Restaurant in Reggello for a gastronomic treat. We would certainly return to this heavenly spot for touring Tuscany.

Christmas Week

We stayed for the week between Christmas and New Years and had an absolutely amazing time. The villa is beautiful and really spacious for our group of 10 people. Tom was so welcoming and helpful and a wonderful host. The location is perfect for exploring the area, so much to see and close enough to Florence for a day trip. We can't say enough good things about this wonderful spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

2024 family vacation and birthday celebration

Our stay at Villa Maria was amazing! The property and amenities were absolutely first rate! Tommaso was an amazing host and extremely helpful with recommendations and assistance! We had two outstanding meals prepared by chef Donato , one on the outside dining area celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday! The views were just amazing! We highly recommend this property it is nothing short of spectacular.

Tuscany Family reunion

Our family of 11 enjoyed 4 wonderful days at this once in a lifetime villa. Tommaso, our host was a delight to work with. He was attentive, gave us great information and was available for any questions during our stay. One of our highlights was having Donato cook for us for the 4 nights we were there. Five star meals and great personality. Highly reccomend this gem of a person for your stay.

Tuscany Dream

Amazing house and stay! Not only does Marco and his son Tommaso offer an amazing house for a big family vacation, they also make sure you are having a great time during your stay and are there for any questions or needs which adds the personal friendly feeling to your stay. They even installed a fixed electrical car charger so we could charge our electric car during our stay. Perfect hosts that goes the extra mile to make your stay a great memory!

Excellent home base for Tuscany experience

This beautiful Tuscan estate exceeded expectations for our wine and culinary vacation! The view is spectacular. Our host, Tommaso, was extremely friendly and a gracious host. We brought in a chef for a Tuscan cooking class and the kitchen was well appointed. Parking the car was easy. Very modern bathrooms. Two wonderful rooms for group gathering areas inside. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property and wonderful host

This home is special. Very private and plenty of room. Tommaso our host was wonderful and available anytime we reached out. Great recommendations from him as well. We hired Donato to cook for us and after that dinner we wished we had him do more nights! Just excellent in every way. We also hired a photographer who did an awesome job as well.

WOW. Very impressed. The villa and grounds are breaktaking. You MUST have the chef prepare several meals. The food is amazing. Villa maria is stunning. We felt like royalty.

Russcany! 75th Birthday Reunion for my Husband.

A gorgeous villa with an indescribable view-you can just sit with a glass of wine and stare for hours. Plenty of privacy for everyone and several group gathering spaces both inside and out. Tomasso, our host, was always available to answer our questions and see to our needs. He made everything so easy. This is a memory we will all cherish forever 💕

Paradise in Tuscany

This experience with Villa Maria went so far beyond our expectations that it’s hard to put into words. Tommaso was a never-ending help with the patience far beyond what we could’ve asked. We, a family of 13, have just concluded a lovely week at Villa Maria, which is a fabulous place. Lovely house in beautiful surroundings, incl. the well-kept garden, pool area, the unique view of the valley with ever-changing clouds and colors, and the nearby town and area. The villa includes everything we needed for a group our size, and we enjoyed the various possible activities, such as tennis, pool, ping pong, etc. between our walks in the area or stints of relaxation by the pool. The host, Tommaso, is super friendly, service-minded and easy to communicate with. We had also indirectly engaged Donato (chef) to cook wonderful Italien meals for us, and he delivered above all expectations. We will for sure return to Villa Maria another time, and can clearly recommend it to other.
