Beautiful beach house

We loved this house! It was very clean and an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Loved that all the rooms had their own bathroom.

Great location in Newport Beach!

Fantastic location with easy walk to most everything. No card needed. Very clean place, awesome rooftop terrace. Great host! Would definitely stay here again!!

Home was spacious and clean. Location is great! Able to walk to the beach and in to town! Everyone was happy.

Nicely appointed in a great location.

Can’t say anything negative about the property, clean, well appointed, rooftop balcony annd tons of space for a large group that is absolutely in the heart of Newport Beach so close to everything . If this is on your wish list, don’t hesitate, it’s worth it our family of 8 throughly enjoyed our time and the choice.

Newport Get-Away

The home is an easy walk to the beach and local amenities. You will enjoy the comfort of the home if you choose this location for your next vacation. We had a minor hiccup, but the management team was eager to help me which made the experience that much better.

Great accommodations to enjoy Newport Beach

I visited Newport Beach with a bunch of friends to attend the Ohana Festival in Dana Point and enjoy some of the other good times the area has to offer (Duffy boats, golf, dining, etc.). Newport Elegance hit the mark on all fronts. Excellent location (walking distance to lots of great stuff). The home itself was clean and functional for our group with an amazing roof deck. The Arrival Getaways online app was an excellent channel for communicating and providing important data points. 5 stars all around.

Great location for a long weekend in Newport

The house was perfect for 2 families totaling 8 people. Loved the rooftop for hanging out with coffee or cocktails. Teenagers loved the living room to watch tv and play games. The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we had at home. The beds were SO comfortable! Everything we needed was there. Clean and nicely decorated. Newport Beach - Lido has wonderful restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. The beach was close for a quick dip. We were in town for a wedding in Costa Mesa but wanted to be closer to the water. Would definitely recommended Ocean Views Oasis. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Gorgeous property, up to date & great location!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house is very up to date and well thought out. The garage is very roomy. All appliances are high end. Most properties we’ve rented in the area are not like this. One major con I would say is the house is listed as a 5 bedroom. The upstairs “room” is just a loft. It worked great for my teenager but if I was expecting a bedroom with a door, I would have been disappointed. I don’t think that was made clear in the description. With that being said, we hope to be back!

Great house

The house layout is great, however the listing is a little bit deceiving. It claims all queen beds, when they are actually 2 double beds, 1 king, 1 queen, and a pull out couch. A little frustrating the listing isn’t accurate. The house appeared clean but was more of a quick wipe down. The floors were filthy. We also noticed the wine fridge was leaking, we told the property manager and he said they would get someone out asap. They however did not, which shows the lack of care for the property. This stay was close to being a 5 star, but the little details make it hard to enjoy it.
