The condo was everything we expected and more. The condo was recently remodeled and the decor and quality was excellent.Katie the property manager provided great communication and went above and beyond to give a great stay. We will definitely stay at the property again.

Beautiful and quiet hidden gem

Absolutely beautiful! Beautiful beach to walk on and loved that it was cleaned up every morning. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Stunning beach side condo

I would recommend this condo. It has white sand beach, beautiful pool,,a very peaceful place. The condo is beautiful,spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal,quick drive to everything. A definite 10 for our stay at this wonderful condo.

A Secret Everyone Should Know About

Our facility exceeded our expectations. Stealing a line from another guest, “please keep this location a secret as it is such a wonderful place”. (Haha)

clean, comfortable, and quiet

I am someone who usually spends the first couple of days cleaning a rental until I can feel comfortable, but this place was ready to go! We spent so much time on the screened balcony, including long after dark, and it was wonderful to not get any bug bites. Many conveniences not present in other rentals were thought of here: plenty of beach towels, refillable water bottles, a cooler bag for the beach, food storage containers, etc. The pool was heated and the kids loved it. It was very nice to have a small walkable, but extremely quiet beach. It felt like being in a very secluded place, but it was close to multiple attractions and restaurants. We'd stay again!

Quite dirty and a steep learning curve to operate the smart appliances. Gorgeous beach. Nice people

Wonderful location. Joins a public beach so there’s a Long, beautiful Beach to walk, a rare thing at the keys. (Long Beach that is) All the beaches are beautiful. The unit seems quite modern inside as we never did figure out how to operate the stove and oven although we survived since we cooked all our meals at the unit. But you never can tell if the oven is on or off. I hope we left it off as we tried our best by pressing all the off buttons several times each. It’s just too “smart”. Shower would not drain until you leave it 6-8 hours. That was inconvenient. No pitchers for tea. Appliances were dirty when we arrived including previous renters underwear beside the washing machine and a greasy film on the dishwasher control panel. All a surprise for the money. control panel.

Being the first building on the west end of Coco Plum Beach allows us to offer stunning, uninterrupted views and immediate access to this beautiful paradise, which we cherish. We're excited to share that we recently remodeled our kitchen with new appliances, including a stove equipped with a hot surface warning light that stays on after use—just a little safety feature to keep in mind. We also noticed that there was quite a bit of sand in the shower drains after your departure. While we do mention in our welcome letter the importance of rinsing off sand using the outdoor hoses, we will certainly make this more prominent for future guests. We were genuinely surprised by your comments regarding cleanliness, as we take great pride in ensuring our recently remodeled condo is in perfect condition for our guests. If we had known about your concerns during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address them immediately. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. It helps us to continually improve and provide the best experience possible for our guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
