Room was very clean, host was very accommodating and reachable, beach view was AMAZING… our favorite was the close access to the beach, the large outdoor pool with the gradual depth change, the splash pad, hot tubs, and the Under the Boardwalk Grill & Bar served delicious food and drinks! This is the first vacation we’ve said we will be using the same condo next time!

Everything was amazing. The pool was fantastic, the staff , the bar and corner market awesome and convenient. The beach breathtaking the water so clear. The condo was fabulous and clean. This was my first trip and i will definitely be back and try and book the same room again.

Second time staying at the Boardwalk! I was on the sixth floor, and the view was tremendous! The condo needed some work done, but that honestly didn’t bother me. The washer and dryer worked. The kitchen was fine.! The floor probably needed redone because it seemed like possibly water damage and the tile flooring was cracked. But again basically cosmetic issues. The living area could use some work. The pullout couch was there, but the chair was missing and if you were to be in there and watch TV it would be very difficult because the TV was very small for the size of the room. But that is not what I went for so I was perfectly fine with that as well. The best part of the condo was the balcony, the view and the convenience to the pool area and the beach.!

Pictures are deceptive. When we arrived there, we were shocked what we got for the price!-Sofa couch was so dirty with stains, disquieting to sit in there. -Carpet/rug was full of pets hair and debris, needs to be thrown away.-Floor tile is so outdated with cracks.-Appliances are from 80's, dirty and gross.-Cabinets at least gotta be painted. -Bathroom feels like 70's or 80's, outdated everything in there. Light is very dim. Stay away from this one, unless you want to travel back to 1985, except with dirty Appliances and furniture.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay. We love Boardwalk Beach Resort and have stayed in several different condos. They’ve all been wonderful. Great location with easy access. This condo was very clean and was perfect for our stay. The only problem we had was having to do the door code twice every time we entered. It would open but only after the second time doing the code. We were scared each time we left, that we might not get back in. But we did and it was a wonderful trip.

Well Worth It

It was the first time here and I found the location to be very convenient to restaurants, stores and activities. There is ample parking outside and covered under the parking deck. There's security at the gate and 24/7 at the facility.. they do a top-notch job and are not overbearing. The maintenance staff kept the pool, the lobby and overall facility very clean throughout the day.. I don't think I've ever been somewhere where the workers continually clean to keep it spotless. Easy Beach access and it was never too crowded, even a July 4th holiday week. We didn't use the pool much but I never heard any complaints. It was also very convenient to have a nice bar/restaurant and store on site.. they even had a guy selling snow cones right next to the beach access. The only downside was the elevators... They seemed a little bit slow and not all five elevators were working at the same time. Outside of peak hours, the elevators were not a problem, but during check-in times or other busy times during the day...you better be patient. We stayed on a lower floor so it wasn't an issue during these times but could be for those unable to climb stairs Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again.

All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch because it was the most comfortable bed in the unit. Nothing worse than not being able to sleep for a very on vacation. I paid for early check in (80) at 1pm and opened the door to find a bag full of tools in the middle of the floor. Finally was able to get into the room after maintenance fixed the drain 10-15 minutes later.

Paradise

Very beautiful condo! Great location to everything. The balcony was wonderful to watch sunrise and listen to the ocean. Came with a couple rolls of tp, roll of paper towels, dishwashing/laundry packs, and hotel toiletries. We brought extras of everything from home to last us for our time here. Tiki bar, pool, hot tub were awesome. They have someone making snow cones near the pool for the kids. Felt safe there. No rif raff or noise. Theres a broom to help clean up any sand that may get in. Walmart 4 min drive. I noticed the cubby had extra boogie boards and sand toys to borrow from families that left things behind. So we borrowed and returned these items when we we were done. It saved us money. We are laid back people and were blessed to be there. We will stay again if we can!

This unit needs lots of TLC. It must have had a water leak at one time. Floor tiles were loose, baseboards were awful looking and the renters before must have cooked fish in the unit before checking out. It smelled horrible We bought 2 Fabreeze plug ins and a Wax warmer to help with the smell during our stay. Other than that it had a wonderful ocean view, great pool and a wonderful tiki bar.

Would like a small table on the balcony.

Perfect Vacation!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and looked just like the pics. We loved the pool and the beach... the weather was amazing. :) Great location, too, as it was a little bit away from all the craziness of PCB! We loved it and would definitely come back. No issues! Thank you!

Not what we expected

After reading the reviews, we were disappointed to find the condition of the condo. Starting with the TV's, neither was operating, bathroom had a nasty looking seat that appeared to be worn out and toilet that continuously ran after being flushed. master bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get the tv situation resolved until after 2 days in our visit, after calling on the 1st day. As the title states "Not What We Expected"

Family Spring Break
