This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators
Covered parking
Security gated access
Beach Activities
Large private beach
Tiki Bar with live music on weekends in season

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Unit was very clean. We also enjoy staying at the Boardwalk it’s in a great location. The Bar and grill is convenient and great service.

Condo was nice just thought it could be cleaner. Normal stuff was fine but there was hand prints all over the glass and on some of the mirrors, balcony furniture was dingy. Complex was nice and staff was awesome!

Condo was excellent! Only issue was every TV was different and you could only watch certain things! But all in all I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summer Vacay

This was our first trip down in July.. usually we go in October.. the water temps were Fantastic! Very clear.. dolphins swam by in the early am.. Had a great view from balcony.

Very well maintained

Wonderful experience. 1st time staying at the Boardwalk. We rented 909 and it was very clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again. Only wished the washer and dryer were a little bigger.

Two week stay

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed staying right on the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, and everything was in good repair. There were enough dishes, pots and pans for a short stay but a little short if you cook at home a lot. There was only one dish towel, again ok if your stay is short. There were plenty of bath and hand towels. All appliances worked well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at the Boardwalk. Very clean and lovely condo rental. Kitchen is pitiful as are the beds. That’s my only concern. The resort itself was very clean and security was VERY seen, polite, friendly, helpful, and present most of the time.

Did the job but not comfortable master bed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to getting to the Condo, I had an issue with getting the parking pass and wrist bands electronically. No response from ECD or host. Host was no reponsive on many occcassions sadly. The master bed was very uncomfortable, not very many ammennities in the kitchen with some sand in one of the bowls and the beach chairs need to be upgraded as does the bed spread. Bleach spots all over comforter and pillow shams. Needs updating ASAP. It did the job but host needs to add a bit more of an effort IMO.

There was dirt and dust on the nightstands. The WiFi barely worked. A drawer in the refrigerator was broken. The elevator situation was good. Overall I would stay here again. Just minor issues like the kitchen sink faucet seemed about to break. The resort was nice and the beach was not crowded. Wish it would have come with pre paid beach chairs. I thought it did when I booked it.

Make sure you get TP as they only provide the 1st roll. The amenities are good the elevators kept breaking down. Security gate employees are amazing. And the maintenance crew kept the building looking good.

5th year staying at Boardwalk condos

Great location!!! The condo was fantastic !! It was clean with updated furniture from last year. The coffee pot had a large crack in it but they quickly replaced it with a brand new one after reporting it. Very family friendly and we have always loved staying here!!! The only reason I gave it a 4 star overall is the pool are seemed more “policed” this year instead of just maintaining a safe area. The guards were polite and friendly but we just felt like we were under surveillance at the pool area.
