What a charming property and the hosts were so responsive to my questions. The golf cart was a perfect touch to help us get around. The pool was awesome and thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to coming again in the future!

Great stay

We had a great week at the Oki Ducki. The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. The hosts did a great job decorating the home and provided all the amenities you would need. The provided golf cart came in very handy on the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Oak Island.

Relaxing Getaway

We had such a relaxing week at Kristen & Eric’s house. Everything was easy to find and we had very little we wanted for. The house is wonderfully decorated and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time by the awesome pool. Thanks for a great getaway!

Fun times in Oak Island

Oki Ducki is a fantastic spot to stay! Our family of 4 and doggie had a wonderful time and made lots of fun memories. We were taken back by all the extra things available to make our stay comfortable and fun. We would definitely make this a regular vacation destination. Kristin was more than accommodating! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful week at Oki Ducki. The property is beautiful and just as described. My older kids enjoyed the privacy of the guest cottage. They requested a return visit! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wish i could give 10 Stars! Everything was over the top awesome. We were there over Christmas & Kristen asked if we would like her to decorate. It was so welcoming & lovely; so many festive touches from the huge snowman welcoming us at the door to the decorated tree to the lighted garland across the bookcase & more. Loved the huge tv for watching all the football games, loved the heated pool, loved it all. Kristen is the best VRBO host we've encountered & we've stayed at many! She's definitely devoted to being the best!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on Oak Island! Kristin and Eric’s hospitality truly stood out. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable household stay and a fun beach vacation—we never found ourselves wishing something had been provided because it was all there!What really elevated our experience was how attentive and caring Kristin and Eric were throughout our stay. They proactively checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for without ever being intrusive. They also went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful care package for our dogs, which was such a kind and unexpected touch that we truly appreciated.The home was welcoming, well-equipped, and made it so easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation. Having the golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around Oak Island and heading to the beach so convenient. We also loved that the property was pet-friendly, which made it possible to enjoy our vacation with our furry family member without the stress of leaving them behind.It’s clear that Kristin and Eric genuinely care about their guests and want them to have a great experience. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made this stay feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, pet-friendly getaway on Oak Island!

Awesome rental!

The home was spotless and everything—and I do mean everything—that we needed was right there for us to use. We brought so much stuff that could’ve just stayed home! The pool was so relaxing after a day at the beach, the Blackstone helped us have a family breakfast and a dinner, and the golf cart was so handy for short trips around the Island. Our hosts were very attentive and overlooked not a single thing to make us feel welcome!

Fabulous family vacay!

Our family (mom, dad, kids 9, 12, 14) had a fabulous stay at Oki Ducky. The property was clean and smelled good. The beds were very comfortable. Anything we needed was available to us. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, small appliances like crock pot, toaster, etc. All of your beach needs (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) are there for you as well as a great pool, We used the golf cart for trips to the beach, to the shops and grocery store, to play mini golf, get ice cream or slushy, etc. we had fun playing games and doing puzzles the morning it rained. The house had a great way of bringing us together, but providing everybody the space they needed as well. Within just a few minutes of being there, everybody said this is the place we need to come back to each year! When we had to reach out to the house with a question, they were immediately responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic family vacation!

We stayed a week at OkiDucki as a family of five. The kids range in age from 10 to 15 and ALL of them said this was the best vacation ever! The house was clean and very well stocked with both essentials and extras. Linens, towels, games, beach gear, pool floats, dishes appliances, coffee bar, etc... OkiDucki definitely delivers as a vacation rental that is well thought out and dedicated to being both welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, sharp cutlery, appliances, spices , condiments, foil, and ziplock bags. The golf cart was the best thing ever to go to the beach. A quick ride (5 minutes) with all the beach gear was easy. There were so many things included to use for beach trips...Coolers, ice packs, umbrellas, chairs, and even bocce ball! Also, the pool provided endless entertainment and family time for all of us when not at the beach. The owners are highly communicative and all around nice people. It is evident that they are considerate of their guests and want them to have a nice stay at their property. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were only a text/phone call away with quick response time. Our stay was fantastic and we will definitely return to OkiDucki in the future.
