My family had a great stay at the property. The house was clean and the pool was a great place to hang out. The house was also very close to the beach. We would stay there again.

Location was perfect, everything was walkable/bikeable. The games helped us pass the time on rainy days, and there were also plenty of TV’s to keep us entertained. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (there’s no grill, so plan accordingly). We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great beach access! Comfortable beds and plenty of room! The front porch is beautiful, but didnt realize how much traffic cones by. Other than a few strand lights not working and a neighbor being passive aggressive about our dog barking a couple times at 1pm while we were in the pool, it was a great time!

Beautiful property, ample space for our family. The proximity to the beach and walking distance to restaurants is a plus. The children enjoyed the pool I loved being able to bring my two dogs. The beach was fantastic... clean , not over crowded. We had a small problem unlocking the door when arriving but the owner responded immediately to correct. We would stay again. Thank you! we had a wonderful time.

The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for our stay. The property was the perfect size for 8 adults and 5 small children. It is located a block from the beach. An easy walking distance.I would book again

Fun, comfortable and pet friendly!

We had such a great stay at All Sun and Games! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The house was really well stocked, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together without having to worry about the little things. Being able to bring our four legged family member made it even better! The pool was definitely a favorite and gave everyone another place to relax and have fun. All the games in the house were such a bonus when we had a rainy day!! Easy walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach accessories in case we had forgotten anything. It was a fun place for our family to spend time together and make memories.

There was problem with the pool pump when we arrived so the pool was only 1/2 full, but once management was alerted they addressed it quickly and we were still able to use the pool the rest of our stay. Some of the door knobs to the bed rooms were installed backwards (looked you in, instead of others out), this bothered my hubby from a saftey standpoint so he found some tools and turned them around :) Great place overall, close to the beach. My kids loved the outside ping-pong table and basketball hoops!

There was a leak in the pump we found out as soon as you mentioned, so we appreciate you bringing it to our attention ASAP. The pool pump has now been replaced and is working smoothly. Thank you for noticing that we have never been told about the door knobs being backward! We are glad your family enjoyed the distance to the beach and the outdoor activities. Amazing

When we booked our family retreat little did we know we would have a weekend full of rain. That didn’t stop our family getting together. We had a marvelous time cooking, watching movies, tons of games, there were so much to do in that four days we were there. We could not go outside and enjoy any of the amenities. It was poor every day. We had the most amazing time.We

My family and I spent a week at All Sun and Games in late October, we hosted young adults, in addition to grandmothers and us middle agers. We will book additional stays and recommend this property as a great place for a family vacations or girls weekends, mens getaway. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, the floor plan was open and spacious, with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group of people and well stocked with appliances, dishes and cups, flatware and cooking pots and pans. There were a large number of bathrooms that were recently renovated and clean. Bedrooms were spacious. The beach is a short walk away as well as coffee shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for our stay and enjoyed riding around the streets of the neighborhood and looking at all the quaint houses and driving along the marsh. The large elevated front porch was a great place for family to gather and enjoy the ambience of Oak Island. It was a bit chilly to enjoy the pool, but I am sure during the summer, this would also be a great place to hangout.

We had a great time at It's All Sun and Games. This trip was a reunion of friends from high school with our families and children (6 adults and 5 kids). We had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens I've seen in a rental. However, the kitchen needs a good, deep cleaning. There were barely enough bath towels and washcloths for everyone (no pool towels were provided). Since the linens were included, it would have been nice to have two per person. The pool is a nice addition. There were so many beach and pool toys that we never needed to use any of our own. We had one instance where a kid locked a closet door and they sent someone out at the house quickly to unlock it. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Lovely updated home with lots of room for everyone. Quiet lower level, new stairs, nice common living room and kitchen with new appliances, spacious upper bed and bathroom, airy deck, and perfect pool. Good beach access, but crossing the main drag is treacherous... the only drawback. Otherwise, our family of 7 and dog had a great time and would reserve again. Thanks!
