With the weather being so hot and windows open was a bit loud on the driveway and pool side at night. Would have liked more seating for deck or easier dinning room chairs to move about. Pool area was great! Parking was very easy for extra cars on street. Easy walk to City Market, and all things downtown!

Great hosts and condo.The location is close to downtown and the gondola. It’s great being on the river and able to enjoy the peace and solitude of The Roaring Fork.I highly recommend Aspen Travel Advisors in helping with your travel plans.Brian and Kerry were very helpful and knowledgeable.See you next season!

Great location, great accommodations

Clean rooms with great location and everything we needed. Would stay here again! Showers definitely need a replacement showerhead, as the pressure was less than desirable and the fixtures were very dated.

Great location, very comfortable. Some updates, some areas could use updating but good value for Aspen and the location.

Thank you for being wonderful guests! Yes, we are continually updating all our condos in the off seasons. This one just received new floors, furniture in a 2 bedrooms, and a brand new master bath shower! We do try and make this the best value in town, with this 4 BDR often renting for the same price as 3 BDR condos in the same riverfront building.

Loved staying at CRF # 10. Accommodations and cleanliness outstanding. Brian easy to work with and very helpful with the general questions we had. Planning to stay there again for two weeks next Summer.

Love this condo!

Our second time here. It’s lovely, right on the river, you can hear the water rushing by. Clean, beautifully furnished and the beds are comfortable! Great hot tub and pool. It’s our sanctuary and we will definitely be back soon:)!!!!

Aspen week with friends

Two families with four kids total, perfect setup for everyone. Great time. Hot tub and pool were a great addition. Excellent location by car or RFTA. Would surely stay again.

The location of the property couldn't be better. We could easily walk to everything in Aspen and very close to City Market. Those sharing the one bath on the upper level struggled a bit at the beginning but got into a better groove as the week progressed. The beds were very comfortable. Some things showing their wear but nothing major. Housekeepers were very nice.

Perfect location and setup

Great location and perfect setup for 2 families to enjoy a week together. Plenty of space for all of us and loved having the pool for hot afternoons. Beautiful view off deck and so nice to hear the river through the windows.

Thank you! This is one of only a few units in this complex that has a bedroom located over the river and everyone loves it. The pool and hot tubs also make it great for families. We would love to have you back again sometime, you were really great renters!
