Relax in a private Blue Ridge Mountain cottage with a hot tub and covered heated pool, located in scenic Nelson County near the famous Nelson 151 wine and craft beer trail. Just minutes from hiking, waterfalls, skiing, and top attractions like Crabtree Falls and the Blue Ridge Tunnel Trail.



After a day of outdoor adventure, soak in the private hot tub or enjoy the covered swimming pool. The 4-foot-deep pool can be heated during cooler months for an additional fee—please request pool heating at the time of booking to ensure it is ready for your arrival.



Inside, the cottage features a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and individual mini-split heating and cooling systems in each room for personalized comfort year-round. Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, board games, and a ping pong table, making this home ideal for both relaxing getaways and family vacations.

We spent a week at this property on vacation with family. The property was clean and well designed. The downstairs bedroom suite by the game room was perfect for having a little privacy. The loccation was convenient to a local supermarket, ABC store, small local restaurants, and the breweries and wineries on Route 29. The covered pool was a short stoll away and open from dusk to dawn. The hosts were friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. We will be staying here again and have recommended it family and friends.

Pleasant stay

Host was available and helpful. Property is clean and comfortable. Traffic noise was a lot louder than expected but overall a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time. The pool was a highlight. It was pristine and a source of pure joy for my teenagers. The house was very comfortable. The goats and barn cats provided a great deal of unexpected entertainment!

Lovely Break!

We were all extremely pleased with our stay! The rental was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. The pool was very enjoyable. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pits on this visit, but would definitely like to return and use them both! The property owner provided us with fresh eggs, communication was friendly and informative, and they made sure we knew they were readily available if any issues arose. Highly recommend!!!

We moved to Nelson County in 2006 to get away from the city, there wasn’t a stop light back then and we haven’t looked back. The area has so much to offer for outdoors enthusiast and craft beverage connoisseurs alike!

Our property offers a rare combination of privacy, space, and amenities that are hard to find in the Blue Ridge area. Guests enjoy access to a hot tub a exclusively for cottage guests and private pool shared only between our two on-site rentals—a 6-person cottage and a 2-person apartment—creating a peaceful, uncrowded experience.

Unlike large resort-style pools that are shared with hundreds of residents and visitors, our pool is exclusive to our guests only, allowing you to relax, swim, and unwind without crowds or noise.

Surrounded by nature, the property provides true privacy along with the charm of a small homestead. Friendly goats and chickens add a fun, memorable touch—especially for families and guests looking for a unique mountain experience—while still maintaining a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

This blend of private amenities, natural surroundings, and limited shared access makes our property ideal for guests seeking a more personal, relaxed, and authentic Blue Ridge getaway.
