This place is awesome! Stacy met us at the door and gave us a quick tour. She also made excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. The place was clean; the bed was comfortable and the quality of everything was amazing. This was the best stay "away" from home I have ever had.

This was the most beautiful and perfect weekend getaway. The property and house is gorgeous and everything was very neat and clean when I arrived; Stacy even left out a water and food bowl for my dog that came along! I have had friends ask about where I stayed after showing them pictures and I highly recommended that they book, I will definitely love to come back.

This tiny home is a must for your trip to Charlottesville. Everything about this tiny home was exceptional. We had such an amazing time and Stacy is the absolute best host. She gave us recommendations for wineries and hikes around the area. Her recommendation of Hazy Mountain vineyard is one of the most beautiful wineries we have ever been too. We would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Charlottesville!

Stunning views!! Hosts are very accommodating and communicative. It is tiny, so pack/ plan accordingly. 2 adults and 2 dogs ( with dog beds) was tight, but we made it work and would do it again!

This tiny house is absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a beautiful romance package and breathtaking cliffside views. Even our small dog loved sitting outside and taking in the scenery.Watching the sunrise from the property and exploring the trails nearby were unforgettable experiences. The house is full of charming, thoughtful details that make the stay feel incredibly special.One of the best moments was playing guitar by the fire pit while the sound echoed off the rocks below—such a peaceful and unique setting.We were so grateful to celebrate our anniversary here. It was the perfect getaway and a place we will always remember.

Beautiful view

Beautiful tiny home and beautiful view. We had the most lovely time and explored there 140 acres. We saw the pond, railroad tracks and the view… so beautiful!

A little slice of heaven!From start to finish, this was exactly the kind of experience you hope for, and Stacy was a huge part of that.The tiny home itself was fantastic. The pictures were spot-on, but somehow it was even better when we arrived. It was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully put together, and had everything we needed. The views were tremendous, the setting was peaceful, and the whole place had that perfect combination of cozy and secluded without feeling like you had been dropped off in the wilderness with a flashlight and a granola bar. Stacy was an exceptional host. She struck that perfect balance of being available without ever being intrusive, checking in from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable throughout our stay. You could tell she genuinely cared about the experience her guests were having.There really isn’t much more you could ask for. The property delivers exactly what it promises, the setting is beautiful, and the attention to detail makes the whole experience feel effortless.We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this little Rockfish retreat to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Stacy is doing a tremendous job with this property, and we’d happily stay here again!

Peace away from chaos

This was an absolute needed vacation to get away from big city life. To only hear the wind and birds what an amazing sound Stacy is an amazing host and it’s a great little tiny house that I will visit again.

Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views

Stacy is a fantastic host! She made sure to explain the nuances of the property and was quick and friendly in responding to any questions we had. The home itself is beautifully built, cozy, and has an amazing view that made our stay truly special. Highly recommend!

This was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. It was secluded in the mountains/woods with great views and privacy but an easy 1-1.5 hr trip. The house was neat, well stocked with the basics like paper towels, soap, coffee, and toilet paper, and well designed. It has a great lay out w a big screened in porch w gas fire pit. We walked right out the front door for a nice hike. Stacy (host) was very nice and communicative. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We had an amazing stay! The tiny house was the perfect size for us and our dog. Waking up to coffee on the swing while he bird watched and squirrel watched was just the peaceful weekend we were looking for. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, as you relatively remote so bringing groceries is ideal. We did go into Charlottesville for dinner one night and went to some local wineries/cideries as well which were all within 30min driving distance. Hosts were great to communicate with, we will definitely come back in the future!

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

This tiny house is beautifully designed with high-end finishes that make it feel both luxurious and cozy. The setting is incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating—we fell asleep to the sounds of nature and the distant sound of trains, which was surprisingly calming. The night sky was absolutely stunning! Our hosts were welcoming and thoughtful, making the experience even more special. We left feeling refreshed!
