Second stay!

Stayed here a few years ago. Love the new kitchen with huge island! Great location and views with the beach access right across the street.

Beautiful ocean view!

Loved the convenience of the beach access right across the street. This being a semi-oceanfront home, the ocean views from not only the upper deck but inside the upper level were beautiful!

Fantastic!

Unbeatable location, top-notch outdoor space, beautifully renovated, and comfortable beds and furniture. It was a dream home for our family of four. It was so easy to bop back and forth to the beach and we couldn’t get enough of the pool and the views.

Perfect!

Great house! Perfect location! Board games to play, well equipped kitchen, fantastic pool and back yard area, pool is huge! Great room and kitchen area is amazing with tons of giant windows and lots of balcony seating!

Ultimate vacation home

The house was ideal, clean and accomadated our family. The pool,hot tub and access to the beach was a few of the best attractions. The two restaurants (the broken plate and our favorite North Banks grill) was outstanding. We surely did not want to leave but we definitely will be back.

Wonderful Home!!!

This is the second year of staying in this home and we couldn't ask for a better place for our family. The location to the beach is perfect especially with little kids. The house has everything you could ever need and then some. We had rain most of the week but were still able to get in the hot tub which was a plus. Can't wait to stay here again.

The Perfect Beach Escape

Golden Opportunity exceeded our expectations! It looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The home had everything we needed for a perfect family beach vacation. The neighborhood is very conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

Vacation Memories

Beautiful family memories were made here! It was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed the open living area, back porch, decks with view of beach, and backyard. We also appreciated the upgrade to the master bathroom and porch swing! . Can’t wait to go back!

We will be back to The Golden Opportunity

Beautiful and fabulous home! Great location, easy beach access and we enjoyed the saltwater pool everyday. Well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of space and good layout. Comfortable beds. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view and ocean breeze. We will return to the Golden Opportunity.

Perfect house

Nice pool area. 1 minute walk to beach. Extra bathroom near pool was super convenient. Wonderful updated kitchen. Large dining and living rooms. Would definitely return and recommend.

A magical week

What a great house!! Location location location!! The pool was clean and refreshing after a full day at the beach… lots of great beach accessories… puzzles and games.. well stocked kitchen! We will be regulars for sure. It will be fun watching our grandkids grow up at “Nanas Beach House “ as they called it!

The BEST Location

We had an absolute BLAST at the Golden Opportunity!! The location to the beach couldn't be beat, especially with toddlers. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 toddlers and the house was perfect size. We loved the pool, the outdoor shower, and the open concept upstairs. The only complaint we have is that it's already booked for same time next year :( we look forward to returning as soon as we can!!

Best Vacation Ever

The photos of house were spot on, it even exceeded our expectations! The location and access to beach is wonderful! Great view of ocean from upper deck! We loved the big open upstairs room, decks, pool space. Owners even called to check on our stay! Master bath is small but my husband enjoyed showering in outside shower. We made great family memories here and hope to rent home again!
