Great vacation for our entire family! Enough space for 7 adults and 5 children! The pool was a great addition when the children were tired of playing in the ocean!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Short walk to the beach. Pool was great, my grandkids loved it- well kept and plenty of toys, floats, and a wagon to take to the beach! We really enjoyed ourselves! Susan, the host was amazing, she was so helpful throughout the whole process, from right after the booking through our stay! Thanks so much!!

Clean, comfortable and in the heart of Corolla Village. Our family enjoyed the quiet location, a short stroll to the beach and the shops and eateries of the Village. An incredible value, especially for our off-season stay. The new hot tub was a hit. Will stay again!

Great place, perfect for us. It’s on a road without a lot of traffic, has a pool, afternoon shade, short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the house, the pool and the proximity to the beach. The multiple levels provided enough space for multiple families to spread out. We look forward to staying here again!

Glad you loved the home. Thanks for perfect score. All OBX area has mosquitos due to Marshy areas and after rain fall that occured on your arrival. They come out after dusk and are attracted to lights. Recommend long sleeves, wear deterrent ( a friend in obx sells a repellent if interested) and keep doors and windows closed.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with this rental. The house was clean, updated, bright, and very well kept. It's not a brand new house, but lives like one. Every space felt very pleasant and fresh.My group consisted of two adults, two college students, and five kids aged 7-14. The house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, especially utilizing the living spaces on each of the three floors. The upstairs great room felt massive, even with nine people and there was plenty of seating. The dining table was huge and awesome. The ping pong set was a really nice touch, the kids loved that the first couple days. The kitchen was well stocked. With such a big group, we cooked quite a bit.The beds were very comfortable in each room. Especially the upstairs king. To the point that we were jokingly complaining it was keeping us from getting up early enough each morning. The outdoor pool was great. We used it a ton with the kids in the afternoons after beach mornings and they had a blast. We brought chairs with us, but the house came stocked with good beach chairs, two wagons, pool toys, sand toys, etc. Plenty of things for everyone to use. The beach was gorgeous and it was an easy walk from the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in Corolla. Especially because the property manager Sue is such a delight to work with. She was kind, prompt, and great throughout the entire experience. Five stars.

So nice and relaxing

We stayed here with almost our entire family and we all had an amazing time! This is a beautiful house and walking distance to the beach was very nice. Sue was great at communicating everything to us and so friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely book here again in the future.

The house was beautiful, clean, good location, everything was just as advertised. The owner was most gracious, stayed in contact to make sure we were comfortable. This is the first time I've experienced an owner to be so gracious and show so much concern. I felt so relaxed and "right at home." I needed R&R, and I'm so happy I chose this location. I would come again and again.

Corolla Village Rental

Susan went over and above in booking the property for us and giving us options for things to do in the area. She was a great manager and can't say enough good things about her. Our family had a great vacation and would recommend this house to other travelers.

Tranquil Escape

Property was beautiful, roomy, clean, and relaxing. Loved relaxing at the private pool and how low traffic the road is. Convenient to beach access and historic Corolla. Beach was spacious and allowed common sightings of beach creatures like crabs. We swam with dolphins and sting rays every day at the ocean as they frequent this shore.

A very enjoyable first visit to OBX

House was very comfortable for a large family. Loved that it is on a quiet street with beach access. The manager was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay! Well appointed kitchen, home very clean! Love having my coffee on the front porch in the morning. Perfect size home for 5 adults and 2 grand children. Susan was wonderful to deal with. Very responsive with every question I had.

Great vacation for family

We had a great time as a family of 10 ranging in age of 2-72. The house was nice and very clean. Kitchen supplies, linens, and beach equipment was plentiful. Susan was very kind and helpful.

Awesome house for families

Everything was accurately advertised-very spacious kitchen/family areas to accommodate family dinners ...bedrooms all had own bathroom's.. perfect for 3 separate families with small children & granparents ..pool area and hot tub 👍 Very well maintained & organized super super convenient & close to do everything shopping-fun -dining..

Perfect beach week

We enjoyed a wonderful family beach week at this lovely home. The house is exactly as described. It was fully stocked - you don’t need to bring any kitchen items! The beach is a short walk away. My family really loved having a pool in the back yard. Susan was amazing leading up to our trip - communication was over and beyond.Highly recommend !!
