This beautiful beach condo was very clean and tidy and everything was in immaculate condition. The kitchen design and layout is perfect, one of the best we’ve ever visited. The view is stunning with a wide-open unobstructed view of the beach, coastline, and endless ocean. Declan was a wonderful host with clear instructions and no burdensome rules that are cumbersome to follow. The parking and elevator access were very easy to use. The condo was quiet and respectful of guests and residents. 5 stars across the board! Kudos to Declan and his team for creating the perfect vacation spot!!

The room was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this room to anyone.

The stay was great and very comfortable. The only complaint I had was the elevator broke down Saturday and I had to walk up 7 floors.

The description didn’t lie, beautiful, luxury condo with amazing views, convenient parking, right in the beach. I had a few snafu’s but they were immediately addressed. Bring some towels though, you only get two.

Fantastic renovated property!

My husband and I stayed at for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The unit has been completely renovated and was beautiful. The views of the ocean were the best part! This unit is on the 7th floor and the elevator never took long. It was also very quiet. I don't know if we heard other people while in the unit the entire time we were there. There is easy access to the beach and very close to local shopping/restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided great instructions. Check-in/Check-out were easy. Would love to come back!

Crescent Tower

The property was nice. Well equipped kitchen. Seemed to be updated pretty recently. Nice area. Had 2 washcloths and 2 towels for 2 people for 3 night 4 day stay. Notified by texts and emails to try to get additional linen. No response back at all. I received several reminders about not staining linen. Also ended up paying an additional 35 dollars for any accidental damage/breakage, etc You have the choice of giving information to hold 1000.00 plus or paying the 35. Told to scan the bar code on the door when leaving, no bar code anywhere. Advised to take a picture of car parking passes. If you lose one of them you pay 75 dollars. I think the owners probably have good intentions when renting their property, but whoever the middle person is involved, does not do a good job. Ridiculously cheap starter kits and lots of rules they expect followed, but no response from renters.
