Very spacious and clean house by the ocean with just a few steps from the beach , it couldn’t be any better ! Plenty of parking space - we had 4 cars - and great location , we had a wonderful week. I would rent the property again without any hesitation .

The outdoor pool & beach view were excellent.The bedrooms & bathrooms were nice & clean.The kitchen could use a few updates. The garbage disposal has a terrible smell. The washer & dryer were very nice, but the washer is very loud and shakes really strongly when on the spin cycle.

The location, the view, the pool, the outdoor space. My family and our friends had a great time during this day. The view of the coast was gorgeous. The pool and the outdoor space, including the TV, helped us to enjoy being outdoors, even when we didn’t feel like taking the very short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the pier and it is a very, very short drive to any number of excellent restaurants.

Good times in Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 8 guys came down for a golf vacation for 5 days and 4 nights. The accommodations were top notch. The pool/hot tub and proximity to the beach were hugs advantages.

The communication process wasn't entirely smooth. I received an email on check in day saying I could call/text about early check in, yet didnt get a response for 24 hours. The pool wasnt ready at check in time and required technicians to come work on

Overall it was a good experience. Paid to have the hot tub ready at check-in but wasn’t up to temperature and useable till day 3. The response to the issue was handled with urgency. Upstairs beach side 2 King bedroom bathroom had a drainage issue. It drained very slow. Did bother us “guys” but should be fixed. Beach views, outdoor space and overall location was 5-star.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our vacation and loved the oceanfront access to the beach. The kitchen and living areas are very small for a 6 bedroom house but we made it work. The house was well stocked but needed more forks. Overall, this house is well maintained and having two queen beds in most rooms was good for our large family.

The listing is as pictured, with the exception of all the salt grime, mildew, and rust that needs cleaning/replacing. The location and view are great. The pool and hot tub are great, however the heat failed multiple times so it wasn’t usable for most of our stay. Communication with the host wasn’t great. Several hours or days between responses. However they did bring out a vacuum and iron pretty quickly. Overall it was a nice stay but very overpriced for what you get factoring in all the above.

Our stay was great! The pool was awesome although the waterfall wasn't working. The layout of the the house worked perfectly. The things I would change would be to update the living room couches and chairs...pretty dirty. The doors were also pretty dirty. The only other thing would be to clean out or replace all the shower handles..moldy inside of them. Loved everything else!

I took my adult children with their families for a week’s stay in Sundancer. Private pool was perfect for the kids, ages 3-8, as well as direct access to the beach. Each bedroom has a private bathroom; very helpful for a large family. Plenty of outdoor space for play, hanging out, or having coffee. Very quick access to Hwy 17 (shops, restaurants, etc.). The house was clean and very stocked (towels and washcloths, beach towels, pillows, etc.) but could use some simple updates and touch-ups. Common space inside is limited for larger families but manageable. The management contacted me several times during our stay to ensure everything was great. When I requested a broom and extra bulbs, they arrived at our front door very quickly.

The most comfy beds, the best water pressure and warm water for everyone when showering. We had a couple things pop up during our stay and the communication and issues were addressed promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Pool system needs attention. Kept shutting off.Utensils horrible and appliances except for the fridge were old and not well maintained.A/C units on the front porch leak onto cars underneath and stained my new cars Ceramic coating.A/C is imbalanced between upstairs and downstairs bedrooms.Newer living room furniture was nice and comfortable.No closets in 2 downstairs bedrooms to hang clothes.
