Great family house

We loved being on the beach & the kids loved the pool! The walkway to the beach could be a bit wider & clear of the tall grasses more but we had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful home! We are locals but chose to rent Sandy Toes for our families for the week of our wedding. The home had everything we could have needed and more. The beds were SO comfortable! A few minor things came up but BASK took care of them timely and to our satisfaction. Thank you for hosting us for our wedding week/honeymoon!

Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in
Never spoke to the host or property owner just Bask, and that was very trying. It took 45 minutes for us to even get into our rental. The code was wrong 3 times . You need to clean the house better, we found 3 empty vodka bottles under a mattress and there is an outlet that could be a fire hazard, it had water leaking through it after a storm.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever stayed at. It’s in a great location and has direct access to the beach. Pool was great! Outside seating, grille & TV was the perfect set up. Everyone had their own space and this house was perfect for our large family. Easy keyless access. The only complaint I have was the slow or non-connecting WiFi, but everyone had their own hotspots so it wasn’t so much of a headache. Would definitely book this stay again! Definitely would recommend! Such a beautiful home and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a truly delightful stay—everything was just as we planned and hoped for. The home was exactly what we needed for our party of 12, offering plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy our time together comfortably.The location was ideal, I mean it's right on the beach and a short distance from anything you will need during your stay. One of our favorite features was the fenced yard, which was absolutely perfect for our dog and gave us great peace of mind.The home was clean, well cared for, and in good shape. The photos accurately described the space, and walking in, it felt warm, inviting, and immediately comfortable—like a home away from home.The vacation rental management staff was also wonderful—helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process, which made our stay seamless and stress-free.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed place to stay. Our family of 15 stayed here July 2026.Positive: - lots of big beds, bedrooms are spacious-easy walk to beach- good WiFi-good locationCONS:- very poor and delayed communication with owner and/Bask away throughout the stay. - was give wrong door code three times with family waiting before we could enter.- house is practically only big enough for a party of 10. Very congested living room, dining and kitchen.-did not provide gas for grill, we had to buy it ourselves (later they offered to reimburse).-very small pool -not enough cooking ware for advertised number of people. Kitchen drawers, cabinets were not very clean.-unsafe pots and skillets.-many lamps don’t have bulbs.- main TV speakers distorted badly.- couches saggy and musty. Did not feel clean. - only one trash can for home, trash pick up only once a week.Overall: would not recommend home or management company. Worth about 8k for party of 10, much better cleaner quality options available. We would not recommend this place for the cost (17k/week)!
