We had a wonderful vacation. The house was as described, clean, well appointed. Most importantly, it was the perfect location with easy walk to the beach, pools, shops and restaurants!

I’m somewhat hesitant to say too many positive things about this property. I prefer to keep it a secret! However, our family fell in love with it. It’s beautiful and perfectly located, making for a short walk to the beaches, pools, shopping, and restaurants a breeze. When not out and about, we enjoyed hanging out on the cozy front porch. This property has plenty of shade trees as well as most other properties and streets, making a nice stroll in July’s heat bearable. I strongly recommend this property!

Overall, it was a good stay at this rental. There were a couple of issues with different items in the house, that we reached out to the owner about. Unfortunately, none of them were fixed while we were at the property for a week. I would say it is a well loved rental.

Vacationed for a week during my two sons’ (ages 9&10) spring break. Everything was perfect. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location walking distance to everything. We had 1 car and parked in the driveway. The host was always very responsive and provided plenty helpful info about the area and home before our trip. We look forward to coming back to Rosemary Beach soon!

House is fantastic and in the most perfect location. Kitchen had all the cooking essentials and the space is wonderful for family and dinner gatherings. We loved it! Parking is ideal too.

Beautiful, convenient place to vacation

This property was perfect for our stay with family and friends. It is within short walking distance of everything you need. The owner's communication was top notch and we were so pleased with our stay here! We'd definitely book again.

Host Nick was great. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. The amenities were great. We used the indoor heated pool with the retractable roof, the tennis courts, the private beach. We rented bikes. The house had everything we needed. We walked every night to dinner. We walked to all the shops. The location could not be better. Perfect rental!

Amazing Home!

This house was everything and more! Clean, spacious, wonderful amenities, and even closer to everything than we expected! We visited some other areas along 30A during our stay and all agreed we had the best area and home by far!

Family Trip

We had a fantastic trip and loved everything about the house. It was very cozy, had plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed during our stay. Nick was very helpful and easily available when we needed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house. Beautiful neighborhood. Location is perfect. About 100 yards from the main square with shops and restaurants. Short beautiful, shaded walk to the beach - 5 minute walk or less.

2025 vacation

Property was beautiful and clean. We had a small issue with a sink that wouldn’t drain, but it was dealt with quickly and without disruption of our stay. The house is easy to find and within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Most of all, it was within walking distance of the private beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay!

Everything was exactly as described. Location was perfect - easy walk to everything! House was clean, comfy linens, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils for cooking. Host was incredibly responsive to the single question we had and provided plenty of helpful info about the surrounding area. Would definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay The house is beautiful, beachy, & comfortable. Cute bedrooms with comfy beds & snuggly comforters. The house is just down the street from the shops & restaurants & the workout center & local pool. Perfect location! Loved the balcony for morning coffee & breezy evenings . Definitely a vacay we didn't want to end.

Clean, gorgeous, comfortable & stylish. Owner was flexible & communicated well. Was hard to leave. Everything was around the corner, coffee house, restaurants. Private but yet near town. Wonderful walks in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Family Time 30A

This property comes with everything you need: detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, even beach towels. The location is fabulous. My husband and I could walk everywhere we wanted to go: swimming pool, tennis courts, the beach, and mainly to grab food/drinks at the square. The house is decorated beautifully and felt very clean as we had our 1 year old crawling everywhere. The host was very accommodating and worked with us and the cleaning crew to arrange a late check out. Would definitely stay here again.
