• $1000 Refundable Deposit (In addition to the total rental amount, a $1000 hold will be placed on your card upon check in and will be released no more than 10 days after departure if no damages are found)
• 2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community.
