This condo was lovely and exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally appointed. From the very attractive furniture and furnishings down to the kitchen utensils, the coffee cups and the (Tervis?) plastic cups. I loved the colorful towels and especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom/shower. It was a real plus that it is a ground floor condo! It was a great find that I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home. My only negative was the master shower. There is no way to shower without soaking the bathroom floor. The glass panel looks sleek but it’s not practical at all.

We had the best time. The property is very clean and modern and the heated pool was a huge hit! Plus everyone could walk to so many great areas on the island from the unit! Would 100% rent again.

This ground floor condo is a perfect option for staying in St. Simmons Island. It is centrally located to all attractions. Be aware that the coffee maker is drip style.

This property was beautuful and well-equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful week on SSI. The location of this property is ideal for enjoying the village. It is also only minutes from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved everything that I listed on the survey. I wish it was pet friendly because in this day and time a lot of people like to take their pets with them and people don’t realize that pet friendly families are very clean because they take good care of inside pets and take care of the condo like it was their own. Or so I’ve been told by people I’ve rented from. So hopefully they will consider that.

St Simons get-a-way

Very comfortable living/sleeping accommodations. Nice complex. Close to shops, pier, lighthouse etc. we look forward to another trip next year.

My goat was very detailed with the cookware, paper products, and sheets/towels in the unit. The bag of ice and seasonings were an also a special touch. We loved the modern fans with remotes and access to all of the streaming channels

We're use to staying in bigger accommodations. But it was fine.The location is wonderful, lots to do in the area we felt safe and had lots of fun. Wish the Central Air would have been newer as 2 of us got allergens and congestions. We stayed from 17th- 20th of 10-25

Stay at Ocean Walk SSI

Very nicely remodeled unit near the front end of Ocean Walk. We loved the heated pool and the pickleball courts!! This 2BR, 2 Bath unit was very comfortable and well supplied. Management was very responsive to our needs. The proximity to both Pier Village and the King and Prince area were ideal.

Check in super frustrating as I never received check in instructions. Finally found a phone number and was told we had to get back in the car and drive a couple of miles to an Office for keys which we never had to use. Lady on phone insisted I did receive the email. Why in the world would I lie about that?!? So odd. The door was operated by code anyway but upon check out we had to return to office two miles away to turn in keys. Slat in living room blinds missing and my kids were sleeping on living room sofa bed in a ground floor apartment. We had to hang a towel up but still felt like we had no privacy. Sofa bed not made up for us even though we said we were five guests and it was clear we needed the sofa. Location ok. Pool was warm and would have been nice to have a cool pool on the super hot days.

It was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Being on the bottom floor made access super easy, and we loved how close it was to both the beach and a variety of great restaurants. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was a peaceful, relaxing spot and offered great value for the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Additionally the amenities made the property. There need to be some cosmetic updates to the location but the rental got the job done! Ocean Walk

Love SSI, this was a great rental. The only reason I left less than perfect is there was a prevalent musty smell in the unit, and we assume it was due to water damage which likely led to the full remodel. We bought .small candles to combat that, and also needed to replace the burnt out bulbs in the living room.Great stay otherwise and real escapes was greta to work with.

It was was great place. located near all amenities in the area.Easy access and a quaint balcony area to rest on the porch area . Across the street from the pool. The host was very understanding of our needs. Will rent again when I come back to St. Simons.
