Had a great vacation. There was an issue with the washer, but Bill got that fixed right away. Everything was as to be expected. Great condo with a great host.

Such a memorable vacation, beautiful views and property, kid friendly, & awesome hosts! Being able to wake up and open the sliding doors to the view and sound of the Gulf is unexplainable. We were able to see dolphins everyday. Will be looking to book the same place next year!

The unit was very nice. Bill did a great job of helping us with a couple of issues we experienced. Overall we enjoyed the condo and the proximity to the beach and other activities.

Just got back from our trip to Destin and this vacation was literally PERFECT. There's nothing we would have changed about it. It was clean and beautiful and we had everything we needed. Our hosts communicated clearly so we were able to know everything we needed to know. They also checked in on us to make sure everything was OK. Bill went above and beyond on two occasions during our stay. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! I hope to be back again soon! Thank you again Shelley and Bill!

Wow!! From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we would love it there! The condo was impeccably clean and decorated very tastefully. The kitchen was stocked with every possible need for preparing our meals. Much time was spent on the fabulous balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves!! Bill was quick to respond to the few texts we sent and was extremely pleasant. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful and 30A was great!!The beach/ocean was awesome, both visually, cleanliness, and being in the water. We highly recommend this condo and hope to be back!

Perfect beachfront view, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, free beach service, overall an amazing stay! Bill was a great host, responded quickly and handled any questions we had. Only downside for us (personal preference) was an extremely firm mattress in the master bed.

Amazing condo! As close to the water as you can get. Wrap around balcony. Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Hosts were super responsive with our questions. Planning to book again next year!

Bill was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable and having access to both properties fantastic. The condo is well laid out and kitchen well stocked with all you need if you choose to cook. Water pressure great and never ran out of hot water like can happen in large complexes. Beds very comfortable. We booked our beach service before we arrived and everyday by 6:30 a.m. our chairs and umbrella’s ready. Highly recommend.

Excellent view and property

We have stayed at the same location 2 years in a row! We love the view from the balcony! Nice and clean accommodations! Friendly host. Close to beach and boardwalk. Would recommend staying here again in the future.

Beautiful View/location

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean which we saw dolphins daily near the shore! The location to the Boardwalk with all the shops and restaurants was within walking distance and the pools and hot tubs were great! So much to do here or just relax and enjoy the beach!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beach, and the condo was well stocked with cooking utensils. Also had a first aid kit, came in handy!! Communication was great!!

Amazing ocean views!

This is the perfect Gulf facing condo with all the amenities you could need! The ocean view was amazing, the pools and lazy river were awesome, and the beach access was great! Bill and Shelley were wonderful hosts, keeping us up to date on everything prior to check-in, day of check-in, and being available for any needs during our stay!

Love this place!

This was our second trip to this condo at Destin West and we absolutely love it! It is the perfect place for our family. They have everything in the condo that you need and the views are amazing! Bill was very responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay

Bill and Shelleys condo is great! My family and I stayed and really enjoyed the unit. The balcony is spacious and the view is wonderful. Bill was so helpful with any and all questions I had during the week. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation in this comfortable, clean condo and with gorgeous views.

We would definitely recommend this condo. Bill was a wonderful host that provided a beautiful, clean condo with the most amazing views. We were even able to watch the dolphins swim close to the beach a few times. The beach service was awesome and the pool next to the condo was a bonus. It is also close to some great restaurants. We had a great vacation!

Great location, best condo in the complex

Bill/Shelly the owners are great and easy to work with. Very responsive. The condo is the best one in the complex - best views, closest to the beach. Interior as advertised.

Perfect location!

Our location was absolutely perfect. Our condo was right next to the back elevator that took us right down to the boardwalk to the beach. We loved having access to multiple pools. The condo was also walking distance to the boardwalk in Ft Walton and a short drive to Destin . Bill had wonderful communication throughout our entire stay. We would definitely recommend this location/property and plan on coming back again!

Amazing!!

This condo was amazing!! Great views! You had ocean front viewing from balcony table or inside at the dining room table. The condo was nice and spacious, very clean and great bathrooms. We are reserving this exact condo for our next trip to Destin!

Our favorite beach condo ever!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this condo! From the perfect beach view from the large balcony, to the size and cleanliness of the condo, to the modern decor and fully stocked kitchen - we loved it all!! Bill was a joy to work with and made the process seamless and enjoyable. Our family made memories to last a lifetime and we hope to be back soon!
