Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear check-in went smoothly, the condo was ready early, and you found the property clean. We’re sorry the TV setup caused frustration during your stay. Like many properties today, the living room TV uses streaming services rather than traditional cable, so guests can access the apps and services they prefer using their own accounts. We understand, however, that this may not be ideal for guests who prefer traditional live television, local news, and weather. The bedroom TV repeatedly shutting off is a separate issue and certainly should have been addressed. We also apologize that, after you reported it, the follow-up did not happen as expected. That is not the level of communication or service we want to provide. We appreciate you bringing both concerns to our attention so they can be reviewed and addressed. Best Beach Getaways – Team BBG

It’s great the kitchen was well stocked, the beach walkway and pier were enjoyable, and the nearby spots and short drives to Gulf Shores National Seashore and Pensacola Beach worked well for you. We appreciate the feedback about the living room furniture and the uncomfortable rocker — we’ll share this with the owner and maintenance to evaluate replacements or repairs.
