The spacious bright home awaits your arrival. With large living quarters your family has space to relax. Game room features fooseball table. Enjoy barbecue as you wind down the day conversing with friends and family. Catch the sunset over looking the Shark River through the bay windows, Enjoy leisurely walk at Maclearie Park. Sun bathe on large deck. Two driveways for parking. The beautiful Belmar beach is a short bike ride. Bring your friends and family to our beautiful home with lots of room for fun. 2 Beach passes provided. New refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower and new 50inches 4K television.

The house was clean, with two large bedrooms and a decent sized kitchen and dining room. Our needs were met for sleeping, showering and eating breakfast and location is close to the beach. And we were very happy at how well the central air cooled the house considering we were there when it was 100 degrees. The corner location is very busy, but manageable. Bring a sleep machine to drown out road noise. Sandy is very responsive.

Our home features a modern, secure, and efficient access system, and we provide detailed, easy-to-follow instructions to ensure a smooth arrival for every guest. Most importantly, when you stay in our home, you're treated like an extended member of our family. We want every guest to feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive until the day they depart.

Great Home!

The only complaint I have is that it is directly on the corner, which makes it difficult to come into driveway. People almost hit me and I had to drive around the block. Other than this, the home was beautiful and spacious! It was VERY clean! I requested an early check in and they obliged the request. They are very friendly and personable!

Our home is on a ten thousand square foot corner lot. We also have two driveways, one on the side street. This is very unique for Belmar. A traffic light is near our home for access to our driveways.

Fun getaway

Just got back from a very mini vacation in Belmar. I had never been to Belmar before. My 86 year old mom (who is magically battling stage 4 cancer) my sister and myself had such a wonderful trip. The accommodations are an excellent choice for anyone with mobility issues (like my mom) as there is just one level! The home was exceptionally clean and EVERYTHING is there for you! No towels or sheets or toiletries needed-which was wonderful. Lots of space and the beds were very comfortable (my sister always complains of back pain and she said she had none) We ate at the Marina grill which was minutes away and so scenic and food was awesome!

Clean house with good amenities

The house was clean and well-stocked, especially the extra toiletries in the vanity drawers-although we didn’t actually use any. The only downside was that one of the driveways is on a very busy road, almost a highway, and was very close to a street from which cars could make a turn without being seen. Fortunately we had only one car so we could use the other smaller driveway. The street there was occasionally busy but there was good visibility so not really a problem.
