Built in the 1940's, this charming bungalow has been completely remodeled and fully furnished with monthly rental price including all utilities, lawn care, cable, internet, pest control and more. Throughout, you'll find a beautiful, open concept layout with luxury vinyl flooring and lovely coastal decor. The kitchen boasts new cabinetry, quartzite countertops, Fisher & Paykel appliances, and an induction cooktop. The en suite bathroom is freshly tiled and features a walk in shower. All windows and doors are hurricane rated for your protection in the event of a storm. If a modern concept is your style, look no further. Outside, you'll find a private patio, grill, lounge area, and privacy fenced side yard for pets.
