'Hunkapi' è una bellissima casa di tronchi situata su 20 acri privati ai piedi della Wineglass Mountain. A soli dieci minuti di auto e ti trovi nel cuore del centro storico di Livingston.

A soli 40 minuti di auto vi porta a Gardiner e alla porta nord del Parco Nazionale di Yellowstone.

'Hunkapi' è una casa eccellente sia per le vacanze estive che per quelle invernali con accesso a tre aree sciistiche in inverno e al Parco Nazionale di Yellowstone a Gardiner tutto l'anno.

Rilassati e rilassati sul ponte della nostra bella casa. Ammira le viste mozzafiato di tre catene montuose e osserva l'abbondante fauna selvatica.

Immerso in 20 acri di terra privata, puoi goderti la pace e la tranquillità. Per una serata fuori Livingston e i suoi negozi e ristoranti è a soli dieci minuti di auto. Il supermercato locale è raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto.

La casa può ospitare comodamente 11 persone. Con due camere con bagno privato e letti king-size, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato, 1 ulteriore camera con letto matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e 1 camera singola. C'è anche un bagno di famiglia con vasca e doccia.

The house is spectacular in a beautiful setting. The amenities were great. Being able to watch the wildlife was an incredible experience. The homeowners were very responsive to communications. This house is highly recommended.

My family consisting of 4 generations from 72 to 3 spent 5 days at this lovely property. Enough bedrooms for us all. Spacious living area for visiting, plus outdoor space. It was close to Yellowstone, Yellowstone River and Gallatin National Forest, which we visited. Would highly recommend!

The views and location of the property were really stupendous. There was ample, comfortable seating in the living room and in the dining room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with bowls, pots and pans, implements, and basically everything to cook or bake with easily. The hosts were very quick to respond and there is a local caretaker nearby who is capable and friendly. He helped us with a few minor issues. The extensive deck was lovely to sit on and admire the view.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Hunkapi! We had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. Adele and Mike were incredible hosts and accommodatingto our needs. The home is beautiful and very comfortable! The location was perfect for going into Bozeman or down to Yellowstone National Park (we visited the park 3 of our days there. So many animals to see! We found a couple of places to just pull over and let the kids play in the snow. It was great having Albertsons close by as we stopped many times on our way back to the house. We enjoyed lunch at Bar 3 BBQ and dinner at Montana Ale Works in Bozeman. Would love to stay here again!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and served as a great base while we spent time in Yellowstone and explored Montana. Great location and spectacular views!

Wonderful owners and a beautiful setting!

Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean, any issues that came up were quickly fixed by their caretaker making our stay wonderful!

Mark I am so pleased that your guests all enjoyed our home and that your fly fishing event was a great success. It sounds as if Todd managed to create some great meals for you all too. It was such a shame that one of the air conditioning units stopped working especially when it had only just had its annual service two weeks prior to your arrival! Our caretakers and great friends, Kirk and Julie, are amazing and it was great to know they had it up and running within 24 hours! We are looking forward to welcoming you all back in 2018!

Loved the views

Loved the location, views, and layout. Unfortunately we were there during a winter storm and there were a few issues with the house but communication with the owner and caretaker was great.

Such a shame that your vacation coincided with Storm Olive hitting Montana with the extreme cold weather front. Its good to know that you did manage to get to Bridger Bowl to ski despite the storm. I am so sorry that the kitchen faucet froze during the latter part of your stay in the -25 temperatures. Do come back and visit us again soon Brenda and hopefully you can all experience much better Montana weather :)

Family Reunion/Vacation

The house and its setting were outstanding, the perfect size and layout for our group of 10. Soon after arriving the deck became our favorite gathering place; we spent many hours there just enjoying the scenery and watching the wildlife. Great base for excursions into Bozeman, Livingston and Yellowstone.

Glorious Mountain Views

Beautiful log cabin nestled in Livingston valley surrounded by majestic mountains. Wildlife and wild flowers can be seen from the cabin balcony. Awesome sunrises and breathtaking changes in weather. The cabin is very comfortable and well stocked. Adele was a very helpful and attentive host. Would highly recommend this property for family vacations. Easy access to Yellowstone, horseback riding, zip lining and whitewater rafting.

Wonderful week at a fantastic property!

If you want views this is the place! The house is located close to charming downtown Livingston and an easy drive to Bozeman! Everything you could want or need is at the home. It is beautiful and the perfect place for our week in beautiful Montana. Adele was such a wonderful host.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful property! It was located out in the country, where we had elk coming through the yard! On the other hand, we were only minutes from town. Everyone on the trip has said what a wonderful time they had. I would love to go back, and stay at this house again.

Great place for family get together

The location is close to many conveniences, sites and activities. The home is spacious, clean and well maintained. We were able to spread out an still gather together in the evenings and for meals. There is a large table and what ever you may need for cooking just about anything. We truly enjoy our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a great family vacation.

Fantastic Property - Great Mountain Views

We rented this property for my family of 10. We had more than ample space. It is well maintained and had all the things needed for our stay. It is secluded yet close to Livingston, which is quaint, cool town. Our host maintained great contact and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Fun in Montana

We had three different groups join us for our stay and all where thrilled with the house. The views are fantastic with wildlife frequently the house even saw an Elk one day. The location is perfect for Yellowstone and the Gran Tetons. The town of Livingston is really fun with some great restaurants. Adele was great to work with we would definitely stay against.

We are a family who all enjoy winter sports and the outdoors We hail from the UK but have fallen in love with the 'Old West'! Mike is the author of three historical frontier fiction novels and Adele is a trustee of an animal welfare charity. Our children are avid skiers, passionate about American football and have always enjoyed the multitude of activities that Livingston has to offer. With white water rafting, floating the Yellowstone, horse riding, mountain biking and fly fishing there is never a dull moment!

Livingston is a unique town with its proximity to Yellowstone National Park but the town has so much more to offer. It has its own historic downtown, surrounded by three fabulous mountain ranges and the Yellowstone River runs right through the heart of the town. Our home gives us easy access to Bozeman and the wonderful ski resort of Bridger Bowl, The Beartooth Scenic Highway, Paradise Valley and also a scenic 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park with year round access through the Northern gate!
