'Hunkapi' è una bellissima casa di tronchi situata su 20 acri privati ai piedi della Wineglass Mountain. A soli dieci minuti di auto e ti trovi nel cuore del centro storico di Livingston.

A soli 40 minuti di auto vi porta a Gardiner e alla porta nord del Parco Nazionale di Yellowstone.

'Hunkapi' è una casa eccellente sia per le vacanze estive che per quelle invernali con accesso a tre aree sciistiche in inverno e al Parco Nazionale di Yellowstone a Gardiner tutto l'anno.

Rilassati e rilassati sul ponte della nostra bella casa. Ammira le viste mozzafiato di tre catene montuose e osserva l'abbondante fauna selvatica.

Immerso in 20 acri di terra privata, puoi goderti la pace e la tranquillità. Per una serata fuori Livingston e i suoi negozi e ristoranti è a soli dieci minuti di auto. Il supermercato locale è raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto.

La casa può ospitare comodamente 11 persone. Con due camere con bagno privato e letti king-size, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato, 1 ulteriore camera con letto matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e 1 camera singola. C'è anche un bagno di famiglia con vasca e doccia.

Fabulous Vacation Home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and served as a great base while we spent time in Yellowstone and explored Montana. Great location and spectacular views!

Winter ski trip

Great location with lots of space. We skiied at bridger bowl and went to yellowstone multiple times.

Wonderful owners and a beautiful setting!

Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean, any issues that came up were quickly fixed by their caretaker making our stay wonderful!

Fantastic Property - Great Mountain Views

We rented this property for my family of 10. We had more than ample space. It is well maintained and had all the things needed for our stay. It is secluded yet close to Livingston, which is quaint, cool town. Our host maintained great contact and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved the location, views, and layout. Unfortunately we were there during a winter storm and there were a few issues with the house but communication with the owner and caretaker was great.

Could not have enjoyed our stay more. The house was fantastic and the location was perfect. If you want privacy, scenery, and easy access to a ton of activities this location was perfect. Would recommend it for a family trip!

Family Reunion/Vacation

The house and its setting were outstanding, the perfect size and layout for our group of 10. Soon after arriving the deck became our favorite gathering place; we spent many hours there just enjoying the scenery and watching the wildlife. Great base for excursions into Bozeman, Livingston and Yellowstone.

Wonderful week at a fantastic property!

If you want views this is the place! The house is located close to charming downtown Livingston and an easy drive to Bozeman! Everything you could want or need is at the home. It is beautiful and the perfect place for our week in beautiful Montana. Adele was such a wonderful host.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful property! It was located out in the country, where we had elk coming through the yard! On the other hand, we were only minutes from town. Everyone on the trip has said what a wonderful time they had. I would love to go back, and stay at this house again.

Great place for family get together

The location is close to many conveniences, sites and activities. The home is spacious, clean and well maintained. We were able to spread out an still gather together in the evenings and for meals. There is a large table and what ever you may need for cooking just about anything. We truly enjoy our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a great family vacation.

The best place to stay!!

We rented with 10 people for a little over a week. This establishment has plenty of room and activities for all ages..(basketball, ping pong, pool, walks) even an alpaca farm a mile or so up the road. (Ask Kirk) The house was amazing and a little less than an hour from the North entrance to Yellowstone. We took road trips to Butte, Utah and all over Wyoming. You will not be disappointed with this place or the fabulous owners!! They were great to work with, in constant communication and helped us with everything we ever needed!

The beds are wonderful with nice thick sheets and proper towels for the showers. The kitchen is well stocked with nice to use tools, pots and pans. The views are spectacular. Great DVD collection. Water pressure in the master bedroom upstairs was weak. And, there are several stains on the carpet throughout the house. But, overall a super place to stay.

Yellowstone Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. The location was superb as we were out in the country pretty much by ourselves with great views of the mountains and overlooking the town of Livingston. We were out far enough but still close enough to get into town when we needed to. The house was a perfectsituation for our family of 11. We enjoyed eating out on the deck and watching the deer down in the valley and the rabbits in the yard. Even some of the deer came right into the yard. We were within an hour of the north entrance to YNP and the drive there was very scenic. We also ate at some great restaurants in town. Highly recommended!

Amazing "Home Away From Home"

"Hunkapi", as it is called, is a wonderful place to call "home" while you are on vacation!! We are a family of 9 , my husband & I, our 3 sons & our 3 beautiful daughter-in-laws that all have gotten married in this past year (yes, that's right, 3 wedding in the last year) and our beautiful 17 year old daughter who enjoyed a family vacation in Montana. The home is so beautiful and has SO MUCH to offer!! It is VERY clean, kitchen is well stocked, gas grill was great for cooking out, towels are large and soft, beds are SO comfortable, the scenery is breathtaking, the Hot tub felt so good each day after hiking, the wildlife viewing was enjoyable at the start and end of each day(we brought a spotting scope along for this & got to see a lot of beautiful buck), sitting on the deck was relaxing, the entertainment options were great whether it was ping-pong, pool, corn hole toss, listening to music or watching movies, star gazing was beautiful and the owners, Adele & Mike were so helpful before, during & after our stay!!! They had coolers for us to use for lunches as we went out exploring each day & the grocery store was only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in this area and would love to come back and stay again if we ever return to the Livingston area!! It truly was a fantastic place to stay on vacation!!!!

5 Star Home for exploring Yellowstone

Pictures do not do this home justice. Wonderful, solid comfortable home with large private sleeping areas for family and friends to have their private space. Large comfortable communal areas, kitchen, dining room, deck, basement billiards. Well equipped kitchen. We did a great deal of research on this trip prior to booking as it was a distance for us to get to the Yellowstone area. We are so thankful for the research that we did and hope this review helps you with travel plans. The town of Livingston is charming and a short car ride from this beautiful home for any provisions you may need. It is a 45 minute car ride to Yellowstone on a beautiful and easy to travel road. Bozeman is a 30 minute car ride away, but feels like a larger busier town, less charming then the quaint town of Livingston which has stellar shops and restaurants. The Natural Bridge is an easy car ride from Livingston and another beautiful waterfall to visit. Chico and Yellowstone hot springs are nearby and well worth a visit. Nearby hikes, Pine Creek, as an example, are well worth a visit. Adele’s amazing home, stellar communication throughout the stay, proximity to not only YNP, but other areas of interest, make this the perfect base camp for family and friends looking for an unrivaled experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Montana peace

This home was so peaceful. On a mountain overlooking the town. Able to see the stars at night. We had deer come up in the yard. Adele was so easy to contact and quick to respond. Their home was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything you need but your groceries. Sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, dish liquid, trash bags. We all had such a peace within this home!!! Definitely will stay here again and it was such a pleasure staying in touch with Adele.

Family from East, West, and South

What an awesome trip. We had planned this vacation for over a year. It was everything and more than we expected. 2 days at Yellowstone, white water rafting, Chico Hot Springs. The home has everything you need. Very clean loved the layout. Morning sunrises and night sky’s from the deck are just beautiful. Montana Vacation

My family and I rented this place to go to Yellowstone and just see sights of Montana.

Adele was very great to work with. She gave me a list of things to do in Livingston and around the area. She also gave me a list of all the utensils in the kitchen. It was the best VRBO renting experience we have had. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The view was gorgeous. We were sad to go. Adele always responded quickly to any email I sent. She was great to work with. Even though the North entrance into Yellowstone is closed driving to the West entrance to enter was not a bad drive and the drive to the entrance is a beautiful drive. I would recommend this property and Adele to anyone.

We are a family who all enjoy winter sports and the outdoors We hail from the UK but have fallen in love with the 'Old West'! Mike is the author of three historical frontier fiction novels and Adele is a trustee of an animal welfare charity. Our children are avid skiers, passionate about American football and have always enjoyed the multitude of activities that Livingston has to offer. With white water rafting, floating the Yellowstone, horse riding, mountain biking and fly fishing there is never a dull moment!

Livingston is a unique town with its proximity to Yellowstone National Park but the town has so much more to offer. It has its own historic downtown, surrounded by three fabulous mountain ranges and the Yellowstone River runs right through the heart of the town. Our home gives us easy access to Bozeman and the wonderful ski resort of Bridger Bowl, The Beartooth Scenic Highway, Paradise Valley and also a scenic 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park with year round access through the Northern gate!
