House couldn’t have been better - kitchen had everything you could need for cooking, bathrooms were really beautiful, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Also tons of seating in the mean living area, with a comfy large couch which made eventings really relaxing. Just steps from the main beach entrance so going back and forth was a breeze, and enough seclusion that you could enjoy the pool without feeling like the neighbors were watching. Also walking distance to one of the main shopping centers / eating locations which we took a ton of advantage of. Nothing bad to say - was great!

Perfect stay for a family of 9 adults. Location was great and the house was well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked and loved the ice maker! We enjoyed all the updates and loved how it was decorated. Would stay again!

Our family loved our stay. A very short walk to the beach. Could come back to the house to get a snack or use the facilities. Could also walk to Timbuck II and the Food Lion. The house was well stocked and clean. The decor was cute and charming. Ocean views from the multiple decks and could hear the waves. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect Beach House for a May Vacay!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was so impressed with this house! Decorated great, the layout was great and the distance to the beach was perfect. Plus, the rooftop deck had ocean views! I've been vacationing in the OBX for decades and this is one of my favorite houses! Even though it's not ocean front, you still get the views and the easy access to the beach. It was an easy walk back from the beach (just a couple of minutes) to use the bathroom and to gather lunch. Traveling in May, the ocean was chilly, but the heated pool was amazing! All of the updates that have been done to this home are great. The screened porch is super cozy. Thank you for sharing with my family!

We had an absolutely incredible vacation! The house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen! I travelled with my husband and 4 children; ages 11, 9, 7 and 4. We all LOVED our first trip to Outer Banks! We definitely could have fit another family or two with us - plenty of space! We had the best weather which allowed us to fully enjoy the private backyard pool and hot tub. The “walk” to the beach was only a few steps away! The “top deck” was our favorite place to be every morning and evening together! The rental management was EXCELLENT with all communication! This was the first time we rented though an agency vs a private owner and we were very satisfied! You can EASILY walk to local shops (so may wonderful shops!), restaurants, and mini golf! We rented bikes locally and the side walks are nice and big to stay on. Thank you so much for sharing this absolutely stunning home with us! The surrounding area to walk is gorgeous and we felt safe letting our kids place outside and walk around. We also really enjoyed seeing the turtles at the pond in the neighborhood. We enjoyed that it was a quiet time in April - not crowded at all! And we felt we truly lucked out with gorgeous weather - what a very special vacation this was for our family. We can’t wait to return as this trip was hands down a favorite family vacation!! HIGHLY recommend!! 10/10!!

This house was wonderful for our family vacation to Corolla! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had space for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was in good working order, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was amazing. This house is SO close to the beach. We had such a great time and will definitely come back.
