Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home’s beauty, the comfortable space, and the convenient walk to both town and the beach. However, we are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the fireplace, especially knowing it is part of your family’s Christmas tradition. We understand how important that would be during a holiday stay. For safety and insurance reasons the fireplace is not available for guest use, and we recognize that this should have been communicated more clearly. Your comments have helped us identify where we can improve our listing details and we have taken action to correct this immediately. We are pleased that the rest of your stay was excellent, and we appreciate you choosing Timeless for your holiday getaway. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a visit that fully meets your expectations.
